Prayer for discernment

We join you in prayer, seeking God's will and discernment for your life. We thank you for bringing your petition before God in the name of Jesus.
Firstly, it is commendable that you are seeking God's will in this matter. Remember, God's Word tells us: Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.
It is crucial to seek God's will in every aspect of our lives, including whom to get married to. But how do we do this?
Marriage is a lifelong commitment, and it is essential to discern God's will in choosing a spouse. Firstly, we need to look for a Christian. But do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB.
It is also essential to seek God's will through prayer, fasting, and reading His Word. We can also seek counsel from mature Christian brothers and sisters.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
We pray for you:
Father, we come before You, seeking Your will for our ###'s life. We pray that You grant her discernment to know whether her suitor is sent from You and is the one You want her to marry. Help her to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit's leading and guidance. We pray that Your will be done in her life, and that she will have peace in this matter.
We also pray for her suitor, that Your will be revealed in his life, and that he would seek You wholeheartedly. We ask that You would remove any obstacles or hindrances that may be in the way of Your will being done.
We thank You for Your faithfulness and love towards us. We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
