Heavenly Father,

I come before You with a humble heart, seeking Your guidance and grace. Please help me to be more humble in all I do, especially at work. Remove from me any feelings of jealousy, envy, or fear of being threatened. Fill my heart with kindness and a spirit of helpfulness, so I can be a blessing to those around me. May I not be difficult but rather, cooperative and supportive.

Lord, grant me the wisdom and creativity to focus on my responsibilities and prioritize my tasks. Help me to complete the work entrusted to me with excellence and diligence.

I lift up my department head to You, praying for her discernment. Open her eyes to see the truth about the newbi (###), to recognize any manipulation or dishonesty. Lord, expose what needs to be brought into the light, but protect me from being affected by it. Give me patience, Lord, to deal with the situation in a Christlike manner.

I also ask for unity and harmony within our department. Let peace reign in our workplace, and may we work together for the greater good.
