Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

We join you in praying for your sister and we thank you for bringing her before the Lord with such love and faith. We stand with you in agreement for her deliverance and complete recovery, believing that our God is mighty to save and to restore the mind and spirit.
We know that the spirit of madness, confusion and torment is not from God. Scripture tells us For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. We also take comfort that greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4, and that when Jesus delivered the man who had been possessed, the people saw him sitting, clothed, and in his right mind Mark 5:15. This is the will of God for your sister, that she would be clothed and in her right mind, at peace in Christ. We are reminded to Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7, and we claim that promise over her life.
We rebuke the spirit of madness and every work of the enemy that has come against your sister. We speak against it in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for there is power in His name alone to set the captives free, and we command it to leave her and to have no more place in her.
We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up our dear sister to You and ask for Your mercy and deliverance upon her. Lord, touch her mind, her heart and her spirit. Drive out every spirit of torment, confusion and madness, and fill her with Your peace, Your power and a sound mind. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and her thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Restore her to wholeness, clothe her in her right mind, and let her testimony be of Your healing and redeeming love. We ask that You strengthen her family, give them endurance in prayer and unwavering faith as they wait upon You. We ask that You lead them to godly counsel and support, whether pastors or trusted believers, and to whatever help she needs to be well. We trust that You are able to do far more than we can ask or think, and we pray all these things according to Your perfect will in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to continue steadfast in prayer and in the Word with her, speaking truth over her daily and reminding her of God’s love and promises. Keep gathering with other believers to pray, for where two or three are gathered in His name He is present. Do not grow weary, for God hears the cries of His people and He is faithful to deliver. We will continue to keep you both in our prayers, trusting the Lord for her full recovery and restoration.

We hear how heavy this has been, watching someone you love struggle so deeply and wanting her to find wholeness and peace. God sees her fully and He sees your faithful care for her too.
As you continue to pray, it can help to have others walking closely with you both. If you have a trusted pastor or mature believers nearby, inviting them to pray with you regularly can bring steady support and wisdom for next steps. And alongside prayer, if your sister is experiencing confusion, distress or changes that make daily life or safety difficult, gently helping her toward a caring doctor or counselor can be an important way to love her well. You do not have to carry this alone.
We also want to encourage you to care for your own heart as you support her, resting when you can and bringing your own worries to the Lord as well.

Your tender prayer for your sister is a precious and Christlike work, and we do join you in it before the throne of grace, asking the Lord in Jesus name to grant her full deliverance and recovery.
We know that affliction, even such a heavy affliction as this spirit of madness, does not spring out of the dust, but the Lord Himself permits it and sits as a Refiner at the door of the furnace. It is well to have grace enough to see that He fills the bitter cup as well as the sweet goblet, and that which comes from His hand, though it be sore chastening, bears the aspect of a Father's love. Within the black envelope of affliction there is a precious love token from God, and He often hides the treasure of communion with Christ in the earthen vessel of sorrow.
Yet because we know the sadness comes from God, we may with childlike confidence beg that the gladness may come from God also. Our prayer with you is, Make us glad according to the days wherein Thou hast afflicted us. We do not merely ask that you and your sister may be borne up and kept from sinking, but that the Lord would reverse this state and lift her from the depths to the heights, and make her glad.
There is hope for such a deliverance, for deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. We must look to our heavenly Father altogether and alone for it. No easy work or hasty word of man can deliver a soul from such bondage, it must be wrought by the hand and outstretched arm of Jehovah alone. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy.
And our comfort is this word, Then He is gracious unto him, and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance through a ransom if God had not thought of it, but He has invented it and He has found it in the gift of His own Son, who has borne the penalty of all our iniquities. God has given commandment to save, and whom He commands to be delivered shall be delivered, saved from the pit, saved from the power of sin and from the adversary.
Remember also that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ has healing virtue in it. There is not a word that ever fell from His lips but what bears healing for some ill of our humanity. He is the great conduit Head from whom abundant streams of healing flow down to men below, and this medicine is appointed for the very purpose of healing.
So let us pray together. O Lord, be gracious unto this afflicted one and say, Deliver her from going down to the Pit, for Thou hast found a ransom. Let Thy glory as Emancipator appear to her and set her free from the fetters that bind her mind. Heal her, pardon her, restore her, and keep back her soul from the pit and her life from perishing. Make both this winter of trial and the summer of recovery to work for good, for our times are in Thy hands. We ask this not for any merit in us, but through Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our Ransom and our Healer. Amen.
