We come before the Lord with you in this request, lifting up your need for deliverance and endurance, knowing that our God is mighty to save and faithful to strengthen His children. The Scriptures remind us in **James 4:7**, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* This is a promise we can stand upon—when we submit to God and resist the enemy, victory is assured. Yet we also know from **Ephesians 6:12** that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness. That is why we must put on the full armor of God, standing firm in truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God.
Your cry for endurance resonates with the apostle Paul’s words in **2 Corinthians 12:9-10**, where the Lord told him, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."* It is in our weakness that Christ’s strength is most evident. We encourage you to lean fully on Him, for He is your refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (**Psalm 46:1**). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap a harvest if you do not give up (**Galatians 6:9**).
We also want to gently remind you that the name of Jesus is the only name by which we can approach the Father and find salvation (**Acts 4:12**). It is through faith in Christ alone that we are delivered from darkness and brought into His marvelous light (**1 Peter 2:9**). If you have not already placed your full trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (**Romans 10:9**). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is only through Jesus that we can boldly come before the throne of grace to find mercy and help in our time of need (**Hebrews 4:16**).
Let us pray together for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Your child who is seeking deliverance from spiritual oppression. Lord, You are the God who breaks every chain and sets the captives free (**Isaiah 61:1**). We ask that You would surround them with Your heavenly angels, protecting them from every scheme of the enemy. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, renewing their strength like the eagle’s (**Isaiah 40:31**), and grant them the endurance to stand firm in Your peace each day.
Lord, we rebuke every spirit of oppression, fear, and discouragement in the name of Jesus. Let Your light expose and drive out every darkness that seeks to weigh them down. Clothe them in Your armor, that they may stand victorious against the enemy’s attacks. Remind them that You have not given them a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (**2 Timothy 1:7**).
Father, we also ask that You would deepen their trust in You. Let them experience Your presence in a fresh and powerful way, knowing that You are with them always, even to the end of the age (**Matthew 28:20**). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith (**Hebrews 12:2**).
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. You are the God who delivers, and we trust that You will bring them through this season with a testimony of Your goodness and power. May they walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has already won for them on the cross. We pray all these things in the precious and mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Stand firm, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (**Deuteronomy 31:6**). Keep your heart and mind fixed on Him, and He will lead you to still waters and restore your soul (**Psalm 23:2-3**). Do not be afraid, for the battle belongs to the Lord (**1 Samuel 17:47**), and He has already secured the victory. Walk in His peace, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (**Romans 8:28**).
