Dear Lord I pray for Taylor and Adam today. Taylor is so upset that Chris is going out of town this week and will not be here this weekend or for Thanksgiving when she is home. She was looking so forward to spending some time with him and now he has lost his job and is needing time away to regroup. She is struggling with possibly not having an opportunity to spend time with her dad before the wedding which is now 5 weeks away. Lord help her to understand that there is still time, that you are working, and that we have to take each day as it comes. You know how she is a planner and a control nut and she is struggling with Chris and his situation right now. She doesn’t understand it and just wants her dad around. Lord, help her to learn to pray about it consistently and let go of it and to trust that YOU have it covered! She wants to, but has a problem putting this into action. Lord, she is faithful to you and trusts you, but is struggling with letting go.
Lord, be with Adam as he tries to be supportive of her during this time. Teach him to be loving, understanding, and patient with her. Bless their time together before the wedding and then as they become one in you, continue to guide their relationship and direct them on your divine path.
Lord, thank you for hearing my prayer. Thank you for this time in our daughter’s life, and be with us during a happy AND difficult time.
