Lord, forgive their sins through the blood of Jesus as they confess them to You. Grant this husband a deep and lasting work of repentance that leads to real change, especially in the area of anger, so that he may be self controlled and gentle and reflect Christ. Grant his wife grace as she owns her part and as she supports him without excusing what was wrong. Give the magistrate wisdom to judge justly and with discernment, and give both husband and wife peace to trust Your will whatever the outcome. Help them to make right what can be made right regarding the property, and help them to grow stronger in their marriage and in their walk with You through this trial. May this difficulty become a testimony of Your mercy and Your power to transform lives. Amen.
