Prayer For Business In My Job

I work as a manager for a Hotel in my country Malawi, Africa. Business has been good all along until about 2 months ago when everything seems to have been halted. We are expecting salary increements in June, 2011 but with the way things stand, I doubt this will happen if the trend continues. I'am at the helm of things and I pray that Business may return to normal so that the 160 employees that are here continue to source their bread and butter from here. I pray that If there's anything that am missing when doing marketing, that God should reveal this to me. I thank him for giving me strength
