Prayer For Brother

My brother is bitter towards women because he has recently divorced from his wife. I can tell because he has been depressed and withdrawl. I am asking prayers for my brother to forgive his ex-wife and for him to forgive himself.

Time does heal all wounds, I want him to be healed from this pain.

Father we come before You to say thank You! Thank You for this day & thank You for everything that You have done, are doing & will do in our lives. Thank You for forgiving us of of sins & transgressions. Because of Your grace towards us, we gladly let go of all resentment, bitterness & unforgiveness today. In the name of Jesus we let go of all anger & negative feelings that we have towards anyone today. Father heal all wounds. Heal every broken heart. Take away the pain in our lives and give us Joy today. Lord thank You for hearing our requests. May God keep you; make His face shine on you and be gracious to you. May He lift up His countenance upon you and give you great peace in Jesus’ name. That same spirit of obedience to You, faith in You and Your Word, trusting You, and courage in spite of the spirit of fear trying to conquer him that Joshua had let it rest upon me and within me. Bless me with the spirit and the heart of Joshua. Bless me with that spirit of excellence. God as You were with Joshua Lord please be with me. Let Your presence always dwell with me. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer do the same for the writer of this prayer and all those I love and care about.

Father reconcile this man back to you and himself. Teach him his value to you and how much you love him- you loved him so much you sent your son to die on the cross for hios pains he is experiencing now and his unforgiving heart. Touch his heart and emotions and heal him that he may experience love again and see the sky is still bright and sunshines on our skin. let his smell the roses and know you create all the fragrances and fluff the clouds in the sky and mend his broken heart. Blow joy into his heart and let him live agin, in the name of Jesus, amen.
