We stand with you in this season of overwhelming trial, lifting your burdens before the throne of grace. The losses you’ve endured—your job, your home, your marriage, and the withdrawal of those you trusted—are not just physical or emotional weights but spiritual battles. The spirit of rejection you describe is real, and it seeks to isolate you, whispering lies that you are unseen, unloved, or abandoned. But we declare with the authority of God’s Word that this spirit has no place in your life. *"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). Rejection from man does not define your worth or your future—only the love of Christ does.
First, we must address the brokenness of your marriage. Scripture is clear that marriage is a covenant between one man and one woman, designed by God to reflect His faithfulness (Genesis 2:24, Ephesians 5:31-32). If your husband has left, we grieve with you for the pain of that separation, but we also encourage you to seek godly counsel to understand whether restoration is possible under biblical terms. If not, we pray for healing and wisdom as you navigate this season as a single mother. *"God sets the lonely in families"* (Psalm 68:6), and we trust He will provide community and support for you and your child.
The spirit of rejection often preys on moments of weakness, magnifying feelings of worthlessness and despair. But we rebuke that spirit in the name of Jesus! *"No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment you shall condemn"* (Isaiah 54:17). You are not forgotten. You are not forsaken. The same God who fed Elijah by the brook and provided for the widow through the last jar of oil (1 Kings 17) is your Provider today. We pray for tangible provision—food, shelter, and the resources to care for your baby. *"And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). Let us believe together for doors of opportunity to open, for favor with employers, and for the kindness of God’s people to surround you.
Your mention of sickness and financial lack reminds us that the enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We command every spirit of poverty, lack, and infirmity to loose its grip on your life. *"By His stripes, we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5), and we declare healing over your body and restoration over your finances. We also encourage you to seek practical help—local churches, Christian organizations, or community resources that can assist with food, childcare, or job training. God often works through His people to meet needs, and we pray He directs you to those who can help.
Above all, we want to remind you of the hope found only in Jesus Christ. If you have not already, we urge you to surrender your life fully to Him, acknowledging Him as your Lord and Savior. *"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life"* (John 3:16). It is through His name alone that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray with power. If you’ve never prayed to receive Christ, we invite you to do so now. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. *"If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister, lifting her and her precious child into Your loving hands. Lord, You see her pain, her exhaustion, and her fear. You know every tear she has cried and every need she has yet to voice. We ask You to break the spirit of rejection that has clung to her life. Let her know, deep in her soul, that she is chosen, cherished, and deeply loved by You. *"The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in His love He will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing"* (Zephaniah 3:17).
Father, we pray for provision. Open doors of employment, stir the hearts of Your people to bless her, and let her see Your faithfulness in tangible ways. Provide for her baby’s needs—food, clothing, and medical care. We declare that she will not lack any good thing, for You are her Shepherd (Psalm 23:1). Heal her body from sickness and strengthen her spirit to endure this season with hope.
Lord, we ask for wisdom as she navigates single motherhood and the aftermath of her marriage. Give her discernment to seek godly counsel and the courage to walk in Your truth. Surround her with believers who will love, support, and encourage her. And if it is Your will, we pray for restoration in her marriage—but only if it aligns with Your Word and brings glory to Your name.
Above all, draw her closer to You. Let her experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May she find her identity in Christ, not in her circumstances, and may she rise from this season stronger, wiser, and more dependent on You.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and set free. Amen.
Hold fast to God’s promises, dear sister. This season is not your forever. *"Weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning"* (Psalm 30:5). Keep your eyes on Jesus, and let His love be the anchor for your soul. You are not alone—we are standing with you, believing with you, and trusting God to move mightily on your behalf.
