We are thrilled to join you in prayer as you embark on this new journey in your career. Let us remember the words of Scripture, "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might" (Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB).
Firstly, we commend you for seeking the Lord's blessing in your new job. It is crucial to remember that it is God who gives us the ability to produce wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who is starting a new job. We pray that You would bless their hands as they work, granting them the wisdom, knowledge, and understanding needed to excel in their new position.
We ask that You would open doors for promotion in their sales position, that they may find favor with their superiors and clients. Guide them in their interactions, that they may conduct themselves with integrity and honesty, remembering that "The Lord abhors dishonest scales, but accurate weights are his delight" (Proverbs 11:1 WEB).
We also pray for their finances, that You would help them manage their money wisely and provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19 WEB).
Grant them courage as they face new challenges. May they always remember that "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB).
We also lift up their family before You. May their home be a place of peace, love, and encouragement. Surround them with Your favor as a shield and let them not lack any good thing.
Lastly, we pray that they would keep their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. May they seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to them as well.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ (John 14:13-14, 15:16, 16:23 WEB), who alone gives us access to the Father. It is in His name that we pray, believing that we will be heard. For there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.
If this request does not align with your current situation or beliefs, we would love to pray for you in whatever season of life you find yourself in. Just let us know how we can support you in prayer and we will be here for you.
Be encouraged, knowing that "He who began a good work in you is faithful and righteous to complete it until the day of Christ Jesus" (Philippians 1:6 WEB).
Please do not hesitate to update us so we can continue to pray for you and rejoice with you as you progress in your new job.
In closing, remember to "Rejoice in hope. Endure under tribulation.
Be constant in prayer" (Romans 12:12 WEB).
We stand with you in Jesus' name. Be Blessed.
