Prayer for baby

Please pray that my newborn begins to sleep more.... the sleepless nights are taking their toll on my husband and i. Please pray that the crying minimizes. It is a lot of crying and restlessness. Please pray he sleeps more and that he does not have gas or anything causing him pain.

Dear God we lift up Emmalou to you and ask that you have mercy on her and bring peace to her. God we know how tired these little blessings can make us, and I ask that you send her little one peace and comfort so he can rest gently through the night. God I know how at my limit I was with one of my children and I ask that you will give her the strength you gave me to get through this difficult time. Thank you for hearing my prayers. All things we ask for your glory in Jesus precious name.

Hold on Emmalou it will get better.

Loving Father: You know the needs of this baby. Take care of the sleep and whatever things are causing the crying. Support the relationships of the parents so that this period will be a time of profound bonding with each other, the baby and with you. In Jesus name. Amen.

Lord, please be with this family. Children are such a wonderful blessing but when they are tiny, they need so much care that we do sometimes become overburdened and overtired. Renew this family so that they can cope and pour out your peace to them.

Help them find a way to minimize the crying. Give this baby a special touch of the master's hand and cradle him in your protection. Send them extra help, loving and caring friends who will step in and take care of the situation so that they can get some rest too. Lead and guide them according to your will. Praise you, Lord. Amen
