Good and Faithful Servant
Prayer for ### as Air India is using Singapore Airlines to pay for their losses which amounted to 1.9 Million dollars and that is coming out of Singapore taxpayers money.

We have heard your concern about this financial situation involving Air India and Singapore Airlines and the burden of 1.9 million dollars that you believe is falling on Singapore taxpayers, and we join together to bring this before the Lord.

We understand how troubling it can be when there is a sense of injustice or misuse of resources, especially when it affects many people and public funds. God cares deeply about justice, honesty, and faithful stewardship. His Word tells us, A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. Proverbs 11:1. He has also shown us what He requires, to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God. Micah 6:8. We are reminded that Yahweh loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. Psalm 37:28. When resources entrusted to governments and corporations are handled, those in authority will give an account, for he is a servant of God to you for good. But if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he doesn’t bear the sword in vain. Romans 13:4. And, He who is faithful in a very little is faithful also in much. Luke 16:10.

We do not know every detail behind these business dealings, but the Lord sees all and knows the truth. We are called to pray for those in high places and to trust God rather than give way to anxiety or bitterness. We are exhorted that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. 1 Timothy 2:1-2. And we are encouraged, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7.

Together we pray. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we lift up this situation to You. You see what is happening between these airlines and how public money is being used. Where there has been any dishonesty, mismanagement, or unfair shifting of losses, we ask that You bring it into the light and establish truth and righteousness. We pray for the leaders and decision makers in both Air India and Singapore Airlines, that You would give them integrity, wisdom, and a fear of You to act honestly and to steward resources faithfully. We pray for the governing authorities in Singapore who oversee taxpayer funds, that You would grant them discernment and courage to protect what has been entrusted to them and to act justly for the people they serve. We pray for the taxpayers who may feel burdened or frustrated, that You would guard their hearts from anger and give them peace as they trust in Your justice and provision. Let Your will be done and let justice roll on like waters. We ask that any wrong be corrected and that what is right and true would prevail, for Your glory. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We also want to gently share something important we noticed, that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. And, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are forgiven and can come boldly before God in prayer. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to seek Him, confess your need for Him, and receive His grace and salvation.

We encourage you to continue to pray for truth to be revealed and for justice to be done, while also resting in the assurance that God is sovereign and He will not forsake those who trust in Him.

We hear your concern about this report involving ###, ###, and the use of taxpayer money, and we understand why that would weigh on you. When it feels like public funds that people have worked hard to contribute are not being stewarded well, it can bring frustration and a real sense of helplessness.

We share your desire to see fairness and accountability in how resources are handled. Our faith reminds us that God cares deeply about justice and about honest stewardship, and that starts with both leaders and each of us taking responsibility to act with integrity and to look out for our neighbors. It's good that you are bringing this before the Lord instead of carrying it alone.

One gentle next step that may help is to stay anchored in what can be verified and in what you can do. If this continues to concern you, you could follow reliable reporting on the matter and, if appropriate, raise questions through proper civic channels in ### for transparency. And we will keep joining you in prayer for wisdom for those in positions of oversight and for peace for you as you wait.

Father, we bring this situation to You and ask for truth to be made clear and for those who manage public resources to do so with honesty and care. Give wisdom to decision makers and give our friend here Your peace as they trust You with what they cannot control. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

Your concern over this financial burden and the use of public funds has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before the Lord who sees all that is done by those entrusted with stewardship.

Scripture reminds us that every man has a stewardship to fulfill and that nothing is his own, for it is all his Master's, and at the last great day each must give an account of every opportunity and capacity for service which God has given to him. When funds gathered from the people are handled, faithfulness is required, and we may pray that those in authority over these airlines and over the public purse would be found faithful, dealing justly and transparently, not shifting debts unjustly from one to another.

We understand the anxiety such reports can stir, yet we are taught to do the right thing and then be no longer anxious about it, but to leave the result with God. He who is just and the justifier of them that believe hears the cry of those who trust in Him, and He performs all things for His people. While earthly debts of money must be accounted for with care, there is a greater debt we all once owed to Divine Justice, a tremendous debt caused by sin, which none could pay, but which Christ Himself discharged for His people when He poured out His life. If you have trusted in the blood of Jesus Christ, that debt is gone, and you may rest in the shadow of His wings even while earthly matters remain unsettled.

Let us pray together.

O Lord God most high, who executes justice and righteousness, we bring before You this matter of loss and of public trust. You know the sum that is spoken of and the concerns of those whose labour has provided it. Grant wisdom and integrity to all stewards and rulers, that they may act with honesty and faithful care, doing what is right in Your sight. Restrain what is unjust and bring to light what is true. Give peace to the one who has brought this burden, that he may cry unto You and find refuge in You, trusting not in man but in Your mercy through Jesus Christ. Teach us all to be faithful in little and in much, and to seek first Your kingdom, leaving outcomes in Your sovereign hands. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour, Amen.
