Prayer for ### and ###. Please, please pray for us. On August 14, ### had gotten shot with a shotgun. He survived and was hospitalized for 5 days. During that time, I was the only person who remained by his side to help him recover. Previous to getting shot, he had been battling drug addiction for the past 4+ years. I had so much faith and hope that after the incident he would change his life around. Currently, he has been spending more and more time outside of our home. I don't know what he's doing. I don't know who he's with. I'm very much afraid that he will go back into the lifestyle of homelessness and drugs. I am affected spiritually, emotionally and physically. I feel like I'm losing myself more and more as days pass. I feel like I'm losing hope and barely hanging on to what is left of my faith. I am on the verge of giving up on ### due to lies, deceit, broken promises, words not being kept, etc. I pray and pray that ### will come home to me so he can get off of the drugs indefinitely, become sober, get a regular job and someday have a normal, happy life with me. PLEASE PRAY FOR US......

Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to ask for your divine protection and healing for ### and ###. We ask that you would give them both strength and courage to face the challenges that have come their way. We pray that ### would be healed from the physical and emotional wounds of the shooting, and that he would be set free from the bondage of drug addiction. We ask that You would give ### the grace and peace she needs to remain by ###'s side and to help him in his recovery. We pray that You would restore their relationship and bring them closer together. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, those I love, care about, those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best and pray Your best for me.
