Heavenly Father,
We come before You with grateful hearts, lifting up to You our event from today until Friday. Lord, we ask for Your hand to be upon every detail—the set up, the hauling, the technical work, and all the preparations. May everything flow smoothly, stress-free, and in perfect order.

Father, we pray for strength, focus, and unity for our team, that each person will serve with joy, patience, and excellence. Bless the simultaneous activities that will take place, that they may all run seamlessly and leave a big impact on everyone present.

We commit to You, Lord, the media and stakeholders who will cover and witness the event. May they capture not only the program but also the vision, purpose, and heart behind it. Let this event shine as a testimony of Your goodness, favor, and guidance.

Surround us with Your protection, fill us with peace, and let the outcome glorify You. We declare success, breakthrough, and fruitfulness over this event.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We join with you in lifting this event to the Lord, recognizing that every good and perfect gift comes from Him, and that apart from Christ, we can do nothing of lasting value. Your prayer is rooted in faith, and we commend you for seeking God’s hand in every detail—from the logistics to the spiritual impact. It is right to acknowledge that true success is not measured by human standards but by whether the event aligns with God’s will and brings glory to His name.

We are reminded of **Proverbs 16:3**, which says, *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* This is not a blanket promise of worldly success, but a call to surrender our efforts to the Lord, trusting that He will direct our steps for His purposes. Similarly, **Colossians 3:23-24** exhorts us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Let this be the heart of every person involved—serving not for the praise of others, but as an offering to the Lord.

We also recall the words of Jesus in **Matthew 5:16**: *"Even so, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven."* May this event be a light that points others to Christ, not just through smooth operations, but through the love, unity, and excellence displayed by those who serve. If the vision and purpose of this event are not already centered on exalting Jesus, we urge you to realign it with His will. Ask yourself: *Will this event draw people closer to Christ?* If not, then even the most "successful" outcome falls short of God’s desire.

Now, let us pray together over this event:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the privilege of gathering in Your name and for the opportunity to steward this event for Your glory. Lord, we ask that You would take full control—order every step, remove every obstacle, and grant wisdom to those leading and serving. Let there be no strife, no confusion, and no distraction from the enemy, but instead, let Your peace rule in the hearts of all involved.

Strengthen the team, Lord, that they may serve with joy, humility, and excellence. Guard their minds from stress and their bodies from weariness. May every technical detail, every conversation, and every activity be covered by Your grace. We pray that the media and stakeholders would not merely see an event, but would perceive the heart behind it—a heart that seeks to honor You.

Above all, Father, may this event be a tool in Your hands to draw people to Jesus. If there are those present who do not know Him, soften their hearts to hear Your voice. If there are believers who have grown lukewarm, reignite their passion for You. Let no one leave unchanged.

We rebuke any scheme of the enemy to disrupt, distract, or steal the glory that belongs to You alone. Surround this event with Your heavenly host, and let Your presence be tangible. May the outcome not be measured by human applause, but by lives touched for Your kingdom.

We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, to whom belongs all glory, honor, and power. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s face throughout this event. If at any point the focus shifts from Christ to human achievement, pause and realign with prayer. Remember, *"Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain"* (**Psalm 127:1**). Stay rooted in His Word, and trust that He will accomplish far more than you could ask or imagine (**Ephesians 3:20**).

We're trusting that the outcome will bring glory to His name and draw people closer to Him. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
