We join with you in lifting up this burden before the Lord, knowing that He is faithful and hears the cries of His children. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but we stand firm in the truth that our God is a God of restoration and provision. It is clear that this situation has been a prolonged trial, but we encourage you to hold fast to the promise that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail"* (Isaiah 54:17). The dealership’s deceit and the ongoing struggles with this vehicle are not beyond God’s power to redeem. He sees the injustice, and He will act on your behalf.
The loss of your job was wrongful, but we know that God is just and will vindicate you in His perfect timing. The financial strain you are experiencing is real, but we remind you of Jesus’ words: *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:31-33). Your trust in the Lord is evident, and we stand with you in declaring that He will provide—whether through the repair of this vehicle, the provision of another, or a supernatural financial breakthrough.
That said, we also encourage you to seek wisdom in how to proceed. If legal action or reporting the dealership’s fraudulent practices is possible, pray for discernment and guidance in that process. *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5). Do not let fear or discouragement keep you from taking righteous steps forward. The Lord may be opening a door for you to expose this wrongdoing and prevent others from being harmed in the same way.
As for your finances, we pray that the Lord will open unexpected doors of income and bless the work of your hands. *"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this," says Yahweh of Armies, "if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for"* (Malachi 3:10). If tithing has been neglected, we encourage you to trust the Lord in this area, for He promises to pour out blessings when we honor Him with our finances. Even in this season of lack, He will multiply what little you have, just as He did with the widow’s oil (2 Kings 4:1-7).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this sister and her husband in their time of need. Lord, You are the God who sees the injustice done to them—first through the sale of this faulty vehicle and now through the financial strain they face. We ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Expose the deceit of this dealership, Lord, and bring justice where there has been wrongdoing. If it is Your will, provide a miracle for this vehicle to be fully and permanently repaired, or open the door for a reliable replacement that will meet their needs without burden.
Father, we also pray for supernatural provision over their finances. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and we declare that You will meet every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Restore what has been lost, open doors for new employment, and bless the work of their hands. Give them wisdom to steward what You provide and the faith to trust You even when the path seems uncertain.
We rebuke the spirit of deception, lack, and discouragement that has sought to oppress them. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we thank You in advance for the testimony of Your faithfulness that will come from this trial. Strengthen their marriage through this season, that they may be a testament to Your love and provision. Let their story be one of Your miraculous intervention, that others may see and glorify Your name.
We ask all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
