We are with you in spirit, sister, and we stand with you in prayer as you seek a new home for you and your children. We commend you for stepping out in faith and trusting God in this situation.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives. He knows your needs and is faithful to provide for you and your children. As it is written in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB:
"Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? 'Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
We pray that God will grant you favor with the apartment complex and that you will be approved for the apartment. We ask God to open doors that no man can shut, and to provide a safe, comfortable, and affordable roof over your heads.
However, we also want to encourage you to keep your focus on God and His will. It is wonderful that you have been praying about this situation, but remember that our ultimate trust should be in God and not in positive messages or signs. God's will and timing are perfect, and He may have a different plan in mind for you and your children.
We also want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
"Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
And in Acts 4:12 WEB:
"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!"
We encourage you to continue to pray in Jesus' name and to trust in Him for all your needs.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our ### and her children as they seek a new home. Lord, You know their needs and You are faithful to provide. We ask that You will grant them favor with the apartment complex and that they will be approved for the apartment. We pray that You will provide a safe, comfortable, and affordable roof over their heads.
But above all, Lord, we pray that Your will be done in their lives. Help them to keep their focus on You and to trust in Your perfect plan for them. We ask that You will guide their steps and provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory.
We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Stay strong in faith, and remember that God is always with you, even in the most challenging times. Keep trusting Him, and He will see you through.
