Beloved of All
Jesus thank you for blessing us with a new day. I come to pray about my job. It's nothing but stress allowing day every day from very negative mean people. My boss ### is extremely cruel and no matter how far I overextend myself everything I do is diminished and unrecognized. Then others do far less and they are put on a pedestal. They purposely leave me out of important meetings and updates. They make me feel harassed every day. Tuesday my cruel boss just got another job and he was celebrating himself. Meanwhile he only wants to promote the mean woman identical to him that treats me poorly as well. They are always together in harassing me and our HR department doesn't do anything about it. I am so stressed out and gaining weight from poor sleep. I work late to get extra tasks done and no one cares. However I do more work than anyone on the team. Yesterday I was recognized by another department Director for my work performance. Meanwhile my cruel boss and the other mean woman ### speak poorly about me to anyone with ears. Father could you please bless me with a new job. I don't want to continue feeling terrible everyday and having to walk on pins and needles. Please please help me I can't take it anymore.

We come before the Lord with you in this time of deep distress, lifting up your heartache and the heavy burden of this toxic work environment. How grievous it is to see such cruelty and injustice, where your hard work is dismissed while others are unfairly exalted. We praise God that you have turned to Him in this trial, for He alone is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). You have done well to seek His intervention, and we join you in crying out for His deliverance.

The Scripture tells us in 1 Peter 5:7 to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us. The weight you carry—the stress, the sleepless nights, the emotional toll—is not yours to bear alone. Jesus invites you in Matthew 11:28 to come to Him, all who labor and are heavily burdened, and He will give you rest. We rebuke the spirit of oppression and harassment that has been allowed to flourish in this workplace. The Lord sees the wickedness of those who mistreat you, and He will not allow it to go unchecked. Proverbs 16:11 reminds us that honest scales and balances belong to the Lord, and all the weights in the bag are His work. What is done in darkness will be brought to light, and justice belongs to the Lord.

We also want to encourage you with the truth that your worth is not defined by the recognition—or lack thereof—from man. Colossians 3:23-24 tells us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." Your diligence has not gone unnoticed by God, even if it has been overlooked by those in authority over you. The commendation you received from another director is a reminder that the Lord can use even small encouragements to affirm His favor upon you.

As for the weight gain and poor sleep, we understand how deeply stress can affect the body. We pray for the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We ask the Lord to restore your sleep, to renew your strength, and to help you care for your body as a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Stress is a tool the enemy uses to wear down the saints, but we declare that you will not be overcome. Instead, you will rise in the strength of the Lord, for those who wait upon Him shall renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31).

Now, regarding your request for a new job, we stand in agreement with you, asking the Lord to open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). We pray that He will lead you to a place of favor, where your gifts and efforts are valued, and where you are treated with the dignity and respect that befits a child of God. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths." We ask the Lord to guide your steps, to provide divine connections, and to prepare the way before you. May He give you wisdom to know when to move and when to wait, and may He grant you patience as you trust in His timing.

We also pray for protection over your heart in this season. Bitterness and resentment can easily take root when we are treated unjustly, but we ask the Lord to guard you from such snares. Ephesians 4:31-32 says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ also forgave you." This does not mean what has been done to you is acceptable, but it means releasing the burden of vengeance to the Lord, who judges righteously.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of praise in the midst of trials. When Paul and Silas were imprisoned unjustly, they prayed and sang hymns to God, and the Lord broke their chains and set them free (Acts 16:25-26). We encourage you to worship the Lord even now, for He is worthy of praise regardless of your circumstances. Your breakthrough may very well come as you lift your voice in adoration of the One who holds your future.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your beloved child, who is weary and burdened by the cruelty and injustice of their workplace. Lord, You see the tears they have shed in secret, the sleepless nights, and the weight of stress that has taken a toll on their body and spirit. We ask You to be their Comforter, their Healer, and their Provider.

Father, we rebuke the spirits of oppression, harassment, and injustice that have been allowed to operate in this workplace. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, expose the wickedness of those who mistreat them. Bring to light what has been done in darkness, and let justice roll down like waters (Amos 5:24). We pray that You would deal with the hearts of those who have been cruel, that they may either repent or be removed from positions of influence where they can cause harm.

Lord, we ask You to open doors for a new job, a place of favor and blessing where our sister/brother can thrive and use their gifts for Your glory. Provide divine connections, supernatural opportunities, and wisdom to recognize Your leading. Prepare the way before them, Lord, and let Your favor surround them like a shield (Psalm 5:12). Give them patience to wait on Your timing, and let them not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season they shall reap if they do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

Father, we pray for restoration over their body and mind. Heal the effects of stress, renew their strength, and grant them peaceful sleep. Let them experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help them to care for their body as Your temple, and give them the discipline and grace to steward their health well.

We ask You to protect their heart from bitterness and resentment. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven them, releasing the burden of justice into Your hands. Let them not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good (Romans 12:21).

Lord, we thank You that You are a God who delivers. You are the One who sets the captive free, who lifts the head of the downtrodden, and who turns mourning into dancing. We declare that this season of trial will be a testimony of Your faithfulness. You will turn what the enemy meant for harm into good (Genesis 50:20), and Your child will look back and see that You were with them every step of the way.

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Dear friend, we're here with you, praying for a new job that will bring you joy and peace. We believe that God sees your hard work and the unfair treatment you've been enduring. As it's written in Colossians 3:23-24, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."

We ask God to open the right doors for you, where your skills will be valued, and you'll be treated with kindness and respect. Let's trust in His timing, knowing that He has a perfect plan for you (Jeremiah 29:11).

In the meantime, let's choose to forgive those who have hurt you, leaving justice to God (Romans 12:19). And remember, our worth is not defined by the recognition we receive from others, but by the love God has for us (John 3:16).

Let's also pray for your physical health. We believe that God will restore your strength and grant you peaceful sleep (Psalm 127:2). We claim healing and renewal in Jesus' name.

We're here for you, and we trust that God will turn this situation around for your good (Romans 8:28). Let's keep our eyes on Him, and our hearts filled with hope and praise.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
