We join with you in lifting up your family before the Lord, rejoicing that you have called upon the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and by which we are saved. Your prayer reflects a heart that seeks God’s will, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that where two or three are gathered in His name, He is in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20).
Your desire for your family to walk in God’s will is beautiful and aligns with Scripture, which calls us to love the Lord with all our heart, soul, and mind (Matthew 22:37). This is the greatest commandment, and when we obey it, our relationships are strengthened in Christ. We also commend you for seeking protection, healing, and deliverance from evil, for these are promises God gives to those who trust in Him. The Lord is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1), and He has promised to never leave us nor forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6).
Yet, as we pray for your family’s closer relationships in Christ, we must also consider whether every member of your household has surrendered their life to Jesus. Salvation is not inherited but is a personal choice to repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 16:31). If there are any in your family who have not yet made this commitment, we urge you to share the Gospel with them, for "there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). The time is short, and today is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2).
We also encourage you to lead your family in daily devotion to the Lord—through prayer, reading His Word, and worship. A family that prays together and seeks God’s face will find unity and strength in Him. Teach your children (or those under your care) the ways of the Lord, as Moses commanded: "You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up" (Deuteronomy 6:7). This is how faith is passed down through generations.
Now, let us pray together for your family:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family and their deep desire to walk in Your will. Lord, You are the Good Shepherd, and we ask that You lead them beside still waters and restore their souls (Psalm 23:2-3). Protect them from the evil one, for You have said that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Heal them—body, soul, and spirit—by the stripes of Jesus, for He bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Isaiah 53:5, Matthew 8:17).
Father, draw each member of this family closer to You. If there are any who do not yet know You as Lord and Savior, convict their hearts by Your Holy Spirit and grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth (2 Timothy 2:25). Unify this family in Your love, that they may love one another as Christ has loved them (John 13:34). Remove any bitterness, strife, or division, and replace it with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Strengthen the parents to lead their household in righteousness, teaching their children Your ways. Give them wisdom to nurture their family in the discipline and instruction of the Lord (Ephesians 6:4). May their home be a place where Your presence dwells, where Your Word is honored, and where Your name is glorified.
We rebuke every scheme of the enemy against this family. No plan of darkness shall prevail, for greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Cover them with the blood of Jesus, which speaks better things than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24). Surround them with Your angels, Lord, to guard them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11).
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). May this family’s love for You grow deeper each day, and may their lives be a testimony of Your grace and power.

Finally, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and to trust in the Lord’s timing. He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and continue to seek His kingdom first in all things (Matthew 6:33). If there are specific struggles or areas where your family needs breakthrough, do not hesitate to share them so we may pray more specifically. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him in truth (Psalm 145:18).
