We join you in lifting up a heartfelt prayer to our Heavenly Father, thanking Him for the gift of a new day and for the blessings He bestows upon your family. We pray for His protection, healing, and a greater measure of faith for you and your loved ones.
As we come before the Lord, we also want to address the need for a closer relationship. We believe that this relationship should be focused on growing closer to our Lord Jesus Christ, as He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. It is only through Him that we can have a true and meaningful relationship with God and not any other object, person, or personal desire. If this is referring to a person, we encourage you to seek a godly spouse who shares your faith and commitment to Christ, as marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, designed to reflect the love between Christ and His Church.
We stand with you in praying for deliverance from evil, as Jesus taught us to pray: "Deliver us from evil" (Matthew 6:13, WEB). We know that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). Therefore, we put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand (Ephesians 6:13).
We are thankful that you have seen prayers working in your life. This is evidence of the power of prayer and the faithfulness of our God. Continue to trust in Him, for He is faithful and will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).
As you continue to seek a closer relationship with Jesus Christ, remember that it is through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6, WEB). Therefore, let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and having our body washed with pure water (Hebrews 10:22, WEB).
We pray for you and your family:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ. We thank You for the gift of a new day and for the blessings You bestow upon their family. We pray for Your protection, healing, and a greater measure of faith for them. We ask that You deliver them from evil, in Jesus' name.
Lord, we also pray for a closer relationship with You through Jesus Christ. Help them to grow in their faith and to seek Your will for their life. If they are seeking a godly spouse, we pray that You would guide them and bring the right person into their life, someone who shares their faith and commitment to You.
Father, we ask that You would strengthen them in their walk with You, that they may be able to withstand the evil day and stand firm in their faith. Help them to put on the whole armor of God, that they may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
