Heavenly Father, my faithful and unchanging God, I come before You in ### seeking Your grace for employment. You have seen every application I have submitted and every interview I have attended. Lord, I place them all in Your hands. Your Word in the Book of Numbers 23:19 says You are not a human that You should lie or change Your mind. What you promise, you fulfill. I hold on to that truth today. You fulfilled the greatest promise through Jesus Christ, and because of that, I trust You with my future. Grant me favor before employers. Let Your wisdom, confidence, and excellence shine through me in every interview. Open the right door and align me with the position You have prepared for me. Guard my heart from discouragement. Help me not to despair but to wait patiently for Your answer. Strengthen my faith and let this year bring victory and testimony. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

We declare victory over this situation, for You are the God who provides, and Your provision is always perfect. May this year indeed bring forth a testimony of Your goodness and grace.

We also encourage you to continue seeking God’s will in all things, not just in employment but in every area of your life. Remember that our ultimate purpose is to glorify Him, and whatever position He leads you to, may it be a place where you can serve Him wholeheartedly. Trust in His timing, for He knows what you need before you even ask (Matthew 6:8).

Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your unfailing love and ask that You would move mightily on behalf of this child of Yours. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your will be done. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
