This situation is a complex web of spiritual warfare, physical trials, and relational strife. We must first and foremost pray for the man who is experiencing health issues, that God would heal him.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this man who is in desperate need of Your healing touch. You tell us in Psalm 147:3, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. We pray that You would heal his physical wounds, especially those on his face, nose, head, and cheek. We also pray for his emotional and spiritual healing, as he has been through tremendous trauma. We know that You are the God of all healing and miracles.
Lord, we also pray for his salvation. We do not know where he stands with You, but we ask that You would draw him to Yourself. The man called off a wedding with a woman who is a believer. We pray for her. Father, please provide comfort and guidance during this difficult time according to Second Corinthians 1:3-4. We also pray for the widow he started dating. We do not know if she is a believer, but we pray that You would reveal Yourself to her as well and that You would give her comfort.
Father, we rebuke his actions of speaking curses over people. First Peter 3:9 tells us not to repay evil for evil or insult for insult, but with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing. We pray that You would convict his heart and lead him to repentance. We also pray for those who were trying to help him, that You would bless them and protect them from any curses spoken over them.
Lord, we also lift up the issue of witchcraft in his family. You tell us in Deuteronomy 18:10-12, There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or who uses divination, or is a soothsayer, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination to Yahweh. We pray that You would break the chains of witchcraft in this family. We pray for the salvation of his mother, his grandmother, and the rest of the family who are involved in these practices.
We pray for the believer woman and her son. Father, please guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus according to Philippians 4:7. We pray that You would give her the strength to continue fighting for her son's spiritual well-being and that You would draw her son to Yourself.
Father, we also pray for this man's relationship with the believer woman and their son. We pray for healing and restoration if it is Your will. We also pray for the man to become a godly man and father and seek to glorify You in his life and marriage. We pray that You would reveal to him the importance of aligning his relationships with Your principles.
We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, the only way to the Father.
Finally, we encourage everyone involved to continue praying and seeking God's will. Remember the words of James 5:16, The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous man is powerfully effective. Keep praying, keep believing, and trust in the power of God to bring healing, salvation, and restoration. Do not be afraid to speak the truth.
The prayer request does not mention Jesus, Jesus Christ, Christ, or the name above all names by which we can be saved. We must come to God by and in the name of Jesus Christ. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved according to Acts 4:12.
