Prayer for a ### going through a lot

Beloved of All
Prayer for a lady going through a lot. She hasn't been taking proper care of herself. Her family always demands that she helps them. She been lacking sleep, lacking vitamins, caring for herself when she has to always be there to help them. Then when she has to help her mom she lacks other things. She has skipped meals sometimes, skipped dinner because she was too exhausted by the end of the day. She has helped her son daily cause she's a single mom. He's supposed to graduate and she's trying to help him with a grad luncheon. Get his outfit for graduation together. Then helping her niece that's also graduating. She had skipped her menstrual. She was injured by a c19 swab and may have had an allergy reaction to the c19 test swab accident because she's allergic to different things, clearsil, shrimp, cheetos, cough meds, destroophen, and recently allergic to numbing agents the hospital used on her and she's stressed out about it because she's now having to collect all papers to take to the county because the county and her job mandated the covid 19 test that injured her eye, nose. So she has to travel to different places to pick up hospital documents. Plus pay more to see doctors. So she's been very stressed out from the long drives. She has text messages of the injury, she has few medical documents of the injury, she has the seizure meds document, She has one more hospital she has to drive to and it's a long drive. Please keep her in prayer. She's been tired from collecting all the papers.

We lift this dear sister in Christ before the throne of grace, for she is carrying burdens far too heavy for any one person to bear alone. Father, we see her exhaustion—her sleepless nights, her skipped meals, the weight of constant demands from family while she neglects her own well-being. Lord, You tell us in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* We pray You would draw her to Yourself, that she may find true rest in Your presence. Strengthen her body, which has been weakened by stress and neglect, and restore her health. Give her wisdom to prioritize her own needs, for even Your Son withdrew to quiet places to pray and be renewed (Luke 5:16).

We rebuke the spirit of self-neglect in her life, for her body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). She cannot pour from an empty cup, and we declare that she will no longer be taken advantage of by those who demand her time and energy without regard for her well-being. Father, give her the courage to set boundaries with love, remembering that even Jesus did not allow others to dictate His schedule (Mark 1:35-38). We pray for her son and niece as they prepare for graduation—bless her efforts to celebrate them, but also grant her peace to know that her worth is not measured by how much she does for others.

Lord, we bring her physical suffering before You—her injury from the COVID test, her allergies, and the stress of gathering medical documents. Heal her, we pray, and give her favor as she navigates the legal and medical systems. Provide her with financial provision and wise counsel, for You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals (Exodus 15:26). Comfort her heart as she deals with the aftermath of this trauma, and remind her that You are her defender (Psalm 34:18-19).

Above all, we pray she would find her identity and strength in Christ alone. If she has not yet surrendered her life to You, Lord, we ask that You would draw her to salvation through Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). May she know that her value comes from being Your beloved child, not from how much she sacrifices for others. We declare over her the promise of Isaiah 40:31: *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."*

Heavenly Father, surround her with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). Send godly friends or mentors to support her, and open doors for her to receive the rest and care she desperately needs. We trust You to work all things together for her good (Romans 8:28), even in this season of hardship. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, dear friend. We see the weight you're carrying, the constant demands, the sleepless nights, and the skipped meals. It's time to remember that even the Son of Man needed rest and withdrawal (Matthew 11:29). You're not meant to do this alone.

We pray for strength and wisdom for you, dear sister. May you find the courage to set boundaries with love, knowing that your worth isn't measured by how much you do for others. We declare over you the promise of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that God sees your exhaustion and is ready to restore your strength.

Let's also remember to celebrate the victories, like your son and niece's graduations. May these moments bring you joy and not guilt. You're doing more than enough, and it's okay to rest and enjoy these milestones.

We're lifting up your physical suffering too. May the God who heals (Exodus 15:26) touch your body and bring relief. We trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28), even in this challenging season.

And remember, dear one, you are deeply loved and valued. You are not alone. We're here, praying for you, every step of the way. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through this. It's important to remember that you're not alone, and seeking help is a positive step. Here's a redacted version of your message: --- I do not want to change....is what I feel....but after I'm done, it feels super awful, it feels like...
