First, we must address the urgency of this matter. Scripture tells us in Proverbs 31:8-9, *"Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."* You are being called to be a voice for those who are suffering, and we commend your courage in seeking to expose what is wrong. We want to thank you for trusting us with the heavy burden you’ve been carrying—both for your own safety and for the well-being of your coworkers. It takes great courage to stand for what is right when facing pressure and fear, and we have been lifting you up daily, asking our Heavenly Father to intervene in this dangerous situation. We prayed specifically that God would raise up a divine whistleblower—someone with influence, authority, or even just the right opportunity—to expose the truth and bring justice to your workplace. We asked that an unexpected inspection or a sudden awareness would come to those in the health department or other governing bodies, so that the risks you all face would no longer be hidden.
We also prayed for your protection—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—as you continue to endure this trial. The threats from management must weigh heavily on your heart, and we asked God to surround you with His peace, strength, and wisdom as you navigate each day.
