We join with you in prayer and we thank you for closing your request in Jesus' name, for it is through Him we have access to the Father and it is in His name we find peace and hope.
We hear how heavy this last month has been for you and we honor your faithfulness in still showing up and doing what you can. God sees that perseverance and He is near to you in it. We are reminded that His strength is made perfect in our weakness and that He does not ask us to carry these burdens alone.
We pray for you now for a week filled with His peace that goes beyond our circumstances. Scripture tells us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
We also cling to the promise of Jesus when He said, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives, I give to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. John 14:27 And we remember His invitation, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28
So together we pray, Father in heaven, we lift up our dear one to You in Jesus' name. You know the challenges of this past month, every struggle, every weary moment, every effort to keep showing up. We ask You to pour out Your peace over this coming week. Calm anxious thoughts, quiet the heart, and guard this life with Your presence. Grant rest for the soul and strength for each day, and let Your joy be renewed. Help us to trust You more deeply, knowing You are our refuge when we are overwhelmed, as it is written, When my heart is overwhelmed, lead me to the rock that is higher than I. Psalm 61:2 We ask that You make a way for a more peaceful week, according to Your perfect will, and that You would be glorified in bringing comfort and restoration. We trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You. In the mighty and merciful name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
We encourage you to keep casting your cares on Him moment by moment, to take time to rest in His Word and in prayer, and to let His peace rule in your heart. He is with you and He will sustain you. Isaiah 41:10 says, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. We are standing with you for a better and more peaceful week ahead.
