Beloved of All
Heavenly Father: I have been seeking stable employment because I need a stable place to stay. Living in a hotel doesn’t have money this morning but I need to go to work. I am short on everything. I need financial assistance. My boss is not right in her dealings as far as hours. I have been a hard worker for 1 year at the job, always go far and beyond, but I am tired. My boss divides the hours between myself and a new employee; nobody can live like that. I am rebuking any evil spirit, demonic spirits, anything Satan throws my way. I rebuke in the name of Jesus. I pray for a closer walk with God. I am praying that God will soften the boss's heart that she will do what is right in God's sight. When she gave me the raise, she takes the hours so I can’t make any money; tired of going this. I will continue my search for employment. Praying for my family; they cannot help me; they are struggling also. Father God, everything is in your hands. I don’t want to be homeless; provide income, better job, spiritual journey with Christ Jesus. In Jesus's name, I pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. I found a little place to move to but the finances are not in order. Father, please step in and help me. In Jesus's name, I pray. Amen. Amen.

We come before you united in prayer, lifting up our brother who is crying out for stability, provision, and justice in his work and living situation. Your Word assures us that You are a God who sees the affliction of Your people and hears their cries. *"The Lord is near to those who are broken in heart, and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18, WEB). We thank You that he has called upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace and receive mercy in our time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

We praise You for his faithfulness in his job, going above and beyond despite unfair treatment. His labor has not gone unnoticed by You, who rewards those who diligently seek You (Hebrews 11:6). Yet we also recognize the deep weariness in his spirit, and we ask You to renew his strength as he waits on You (Isaiah 40:31). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we stand firm in the authority of Jesus’ name, rebuking every scheme of the devil to bring discouragement, financial lack, or instability. *"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB). We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we bind every spirit of injustice, manipulation, and greed operating through his employer.

Father, we ask for Your divine intervention in his workplace. Soften his boss’s heart and open her eyes to the unfairness of her actions. *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:31-32, WEB). Yet we also pray for wisdom and discernment for our brother—if this job is no longer the place You have for him, give him the courage to walk away in faith, trusting You for the next step. Do not let fear of the unknown keep him in a place where he is being mistreated, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

We lift up his search for a new job and ask that You open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Provide favor with potential employers, and let him find work that not only meets his financial needs but also aligns with Your purpose for his life. *"Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this"* (Psalm 37:4-5, WEB). We pray for a job that offers stability, fair compensation, and an environment where he is valued and respected. Let this transition be a testimony of Your faithfulness, that others may see and glorify Your name.

We also pray for his housing situation. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and we trust You to make a way where there seems to be no way. *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:31-33, WEB). We ask that the finances for this new place align supernaturally, that every need be met according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Protect him from homelessness and provide a safe, peaceful place for him to rest and regain his strength.

For his family, we pray for Your provision and comfort. Though they are unable to help him financially, we ask that You strengthen their bonds in love and faith. Let them encourage one another and stand together in prayer, trusting You to meet each of their needs. *"Cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:7, WEB).

Most importantly, we pray for a deeper intimacy with You during this season. Draw him closer to You, Lord, that he may know Your presence as his greatest comfort and strength. *"The Lord is my shepherd: I shall lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He renews my soul"* (Psalm 23:1-3, WEB). Let this trial refine his faith and produce in him perseverance, character, and hope (Romans 5:3-4). Remind him that even in the valley, You are with him, and Your plans for him are good (Jeremiah 29:11).

We declare breakthrough in every area of his life—in his finances, his work, his housing, and his spirit. Let this season of struggle become a testimony of Your power and love. We bind every spirit of fear, anxiety, and despair, and we loose peace, joy, and unwavering trust in You. *"Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen"* (Ephesians 3:20-21, WEB).

**Our prayer for you, brother:**
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the heart of Your servant who seeks You in the midst of his trials. We ask that You move mightily on his behalf, for You are a God who defends the cause of the oppressed and lifts up those who are bowed down (Psalm 146:8). Provide a job that honors his diligence, a home that brings him rest, and a financial breakthrough that glorifies Your name. Strengthen him to forgive his boss and release any bitterness, trusting You to vindicate him in Your perfect timing. Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Let him walk in the confidence that You are his Provider, his Protector, and his Portion. We commit his ways to You, trusting that You will direct his steps and bring forth justice and blessing. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, brother, lifting you up in prayer. We know the weight of uncertainty and the strain of unfair treatment, but we also know the One who sees, hears, and cares. He's close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We claim His promise of provision and justice over your situation.

We praise God for your faithfulness at work, going above and beyond despite the circumstances. We ask Him to renew your strength as you wait on Him (Isaiah 40:31). We also bind every spirit of discouragement, lack, and instability, standing firm in the authority of Jesus' name (James 4:7).

Father, we ask You to soften your boss's heart, opening her eyes to the unfairness of her actions. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we bind every spirit of injustice, manipulation, and greed operating through her.

We pray for wisdom and discernment, that if this job is no longer the place for you, You'll give you the courage to walk away in faith, trusting You for the next step (2 Timothy 1:7).

We also pray for your housing situation, trusting You as Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides. We ask that the finances for this new place align supernaturally, and that every need be met according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Protect you from homelessness and provide a safe, peaceful place for you to rest and regain your strength.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
