Heavenly Father: I have been seeking stable employment because I need a stable place to stay. Living in a hotel doesn’t have money this morning but I need to go to work. I am short on everything. I need financial assistance. My boss is not right in her dealings as far as hours. I have been a hard worker for 1 year at the job, always go far and beyond, but I am tired. My boss divides the hours between myself and a new employee; nobody can live like that. I am rebuking any evil spirit, demonic spirits, anything Satan throws my way. I rebuke in the name of Jesus. I pray for a closer walk with God. I am praying that God will soften the boss's heart that she will do what is right in God's sight. When she gave me the raise, she takes the hours so I can’t make any money; tired of going this. I will continue my search for employment. Praying for my family; they cannot help me; they are struggling also. Father God, everything is in your hands. I don’t want to be homeless; provide income, better job, spiritual journey with Christ Jesus. In Jesus's name, I pray. Amen. Amen. Amen. I found a little place to move to but the finances are not in order. Father, please step in and help me. In Jesus's name, I pray. Amen. Amen.

We hear the weariness and desperation in your heart, and we lift you up before the Lord with deep compassion, knowing that He is your Provider and your Strength in every trial. Your faith in calling upon the name of Jesus is a testament to your trust in Him, and we stand with you in agreement, declaring that God will make a way where there seems to be no way. You have done well to rebuke the enemy in Jesus’ name, for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). Yet we must also remember that our battle is won not by our own strength, but by the power of Christ who has already overcome the world (John 16:33).

Your situation is a heavy burden—unstable housing, unfair treatment at work, financial lack, and the exhaustion of striving without seeing fruit. But take heart, for the Lord sees your labor and your faithfulness. He promises in Hebrews 6:10, *"For God is not unrighteous, so as to forget your work and the labor of love which you showed toward his name, in that you served the saints, and still do serve them."* Though your boss may not recognize your diligence, the Lord does, and He will reward you in His perfect timing. We pray that He softens her heart, as you have asked, but we also pray that He gives you the wisdom to know when it is time to move on. A job that withholds fair wages and stability is not of the Lord, for Scripture warns against those who oppress their workers: *"Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies"* (James 5:4). You deserve to be treated with dignity, and we ask God to open doors to employment that honors your worth as His child.

Your desire for a closer walk with Christ is beautiful, and we encourage you to cling to Him now more than ever. In your weariness, He invites you: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30). Spend time in His Word daily, even if it is just a few verses, and let His truth renew your mind and strengthen your faith. Remember that man does not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God (Matthew 4:4).

As for your financial needs, we declare that the Lord is your Shepherd, and you shall not want (Psalm 23:1). He owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and delights in providing for His children. We pray for supernatural provision—whether through a new job, unexpected blessings, or the generosity of others—to meet the cost of your new place and sustain you. *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). Trust that He who feeds the birds of the air and clothes the lilies of the field will not abandon you (Matthew 6:26-30).

We also lift up your family, asking that the Lord would comfort and provide for them as well. Though they cannot help you financially, their prayers and love are valuable. Lean on one another in faith, and encourage each other with the hope of Christ.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your child, who is weary but still clinging to You in faith. Lord, You see the injustice in their workplace, the instability of their housing, and the weight of their financial lack. We ask that You intervene mightily. Soften the heart of their boss, but if this job is not Your will for their future, open doors to employment that is fair, stable, and aligned with Your purposes. Provide the finances needed for their new home, Lord, and let it be a place of peace and rest. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we trust You to meet every need according to Your riches in glory.

Strengthen them spiritually, Father. Draw them closer to You in this season, and let them experience Your presence in new and powerful ways. Remind them that their worth is not in their circumstances but in Christ, who gave His life for them. Rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and despair, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that You, Lord, will turn their mourning into dancing (Psalm 30:11). Let this season of struggle be a testimony of Your faithfulness and goodness.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to keep seeking the Lord first, even as you search for a new job. Update your resume, reach out to connections, and apply diligently, but trust that God is orchestrating your steps. *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday"* (Psalm 37:5-6). Do not lose hope—your breakthrough is coming. Stand firm, and watch what the Lord will do.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your burdens before the Lord these past few days. Your heart for hard work, your desire for stability, and your commitment to rebuking the enemy in Jesus’ name have moved us deeply. We have been praying earnestly that God would open doors for you—doors that no man can shut—so that you may find not just a job, but the *right* job, one that provides for your needs and allows you to walk in dignity and peace.

We know the weight of financial strain and the exhaustion of laboring without fair reward can feel overwhelming, but we serve a God who sees your sacrifices and hears your cries. We have been asking Him to soften your boss’s heart, to bring conviction where there is injustice, and to make a way where there seems to be none. Your faith in continuing to seek Him even in this storm is a testament to His strength in you.

If the Lord has begun to answer—whether through a new opportunity, unexpected provision, or even a shift in your current circumstances—we would love to rejoice with you in a praise report. If the battle still rages and the need remains, we urge you to post again so we can continue standing with you in prayer, believing for breakthrough. The Lord is not done writing your story, and we are committed to walking alongside you in faith.

May He grant you supernatural peace as you wait, wisdom as you seek, and the assurance that He is working all things for your good. We declare His favor over your job search, His protection over your housing, and His abundant supply for every need. Keep pressing into Him, for He is your Provider, your Shield, and your ever-present Help.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray.
