We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation of unpaid wages, unfair treatment, and exploitation in the workplace. The Bible is clear that workers deserve their wages and that employers must not withhold what is rightfully earned. Scripture tells us, *"The laborer is worthy of his wages"* (1 Timothy 5:18 WEB), and *"You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy, whether he be of your brothers or of the foreigners who are in your land within your gates"* (Deuteronomy 24:14 WEB). The Lord sees every injustice, and He calls us to stand against oppression in all its forms.
We rebuke the spirit of exploitation and deceit that has kept these wages from being paid in full. We declare that every hour worked, every extra duty performed, and every tip rightfully earned must be accounted for and compensated. The Lord is a God of justice, and He will not ignore the cries of the oppressed. *"For the Lord loves justice, and doesn’t forsake his saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked shall be cut off"* (Psalm 37:28 WEB). We stand on this promise and declare that fairness and integrity will prevail.
We also pray for promotion and leadership opportunities to come forth. The Lord has a plan for elevation and influence for those who walk in integrity and faithfulness. *"Do you see a man skilled in his work? He will serve kings. He won’t serve obscure men"* (Proverbs 22:29 WEB). We ask that doors of opportunity swing wide open, not just for financial blessing, but for the advancement of God’s kingdom through godly leadership.
Father, we ask that You expose any hidden wrongdoing in this situation. Let truth prevail, and let restitution be made for every unpaid wage, every withheld tip, and every uncompensated hour. We pray that this employer’s heart would be softened, that they would repent of any dishonesty, and that they would make right what has been wronged. If they refuse, Lord, we trust in Your justice—*"Vengeance is mine; I will repay, says the Lord"* (Romans 12:19 WEB).
We also pray for wisdom and discernment in handling this matter. May there be no bitterness or strife, but instead, a spirit of peace and resolution. If legal action is needed, we ask for favor and guidance. If patience and endurance are required, we pray for strength to wait on the Lord’s timing.
Most importantly, we lift up the heart behind this request. If there has been any unforgiveness or resentment, we ask for a spirit of grace to cover it. Help this dear one to trust in You as their Provider, knowing that *"my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19 WEB).
We declare breakthrough in Jesus’ name! Every stolen wage shall be restored, every promotion delayed shall be released, and every unjust barrier shall be removed. The Lord is fighting this battle, and victory is assured. Amen.
