We lift this urgent cry to the throne of grace, standing in the gap for our brother or sister in distress. Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts heavy for this precious one who is facing the terrifying prospect of homelessness. We declare that You are Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord who provides, and we ask You to move with haste in this situation. Lord, You know every detail of this need, every unpaid bill, every closed door, every sleepless night. We ask that You would open doors no man can shut and provide work that leads to steady income, housing that is safe and affordable, and the means to move without delay.
Father, we also bring before You the physical affliction mentioned, this evil that has taken root in the bones. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity, pain, and oppression in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that by His stripes, healing is already ours (Isaiah 53:5). We cast out every demonic assignment against this body, for it is written, "The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly" (John 10:10). We command every evil influence to leave now and never return, in Jesus’ mighty name.
We also lift up the request for forgiveness for delays. Father, we know that You are not a God of condemnation but of mercy. We ask that You would wash over this one with Your grace, removing every weight of guilt or shame. Your Word says, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). We receive that forgiveness now and declare freedom from the past.
Lord, we ask that You would clothe this one not only with physical raiment but with the garments of praise and the robe of righteousness (Isaiah 61:3, 61:10). Provide every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We speak provision over this situation, jobs that pay fairly, housing that is secure, and favor with those who can help. We declare that this is not a time for despair but a time for Your miraculous intervention.
And Father, we must address the foundation of this prayer. Salvation is the greatest need of all, for without Jesus, we have no access to You. We pray that if this one does not yet know You as Lord and Savior, that today would be the day of salvation. Your Word says, "For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). We ask that You would draw this one to Yourself, that they would confess Jesus as Lord, and be saved (Romans 10:9). Only in Your name can we find true deliverance, true provision, and true peace.
We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we declare that this situation will turn around for Your glory. We trust You to move mightily, and we thank You in advance for the victory. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
