We hear your cry for protection and deliverance, and we stand with you in fervent prayer. The enemy seeks to sift believers like wheat, as he did with Peter, but we declare that the Lord is your strong tower and refuge. "The name of Yahweh is a strong tower: the righteous run to him, and are safe" (Proverbs 18:10). We rebuke every scheme of the devil to shake your faith, for God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We ask that You surround this dear one with Your hedge of protection, shielding them from the sifting and attacks of the enemy. Lord, You are our deliverer, and we trust in Your power to break every chain and set the captives free. "He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed" (Luke 4:18).
We pray that You would strengthen their faith, reminding them that You are with them always, even in the midst of trials. Help them to stand firm on Your promises, knowing that You will never leave nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we ask that You would fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in Your ways and resist the devil, causing him to flee (James 4:7).
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Stand firm, therefore, having the belt of truth buckled around your waist, the breastplate of righteousness in place, your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace, the shield of faith to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (Ephesians 6:14-17).
Continue to pray and seek the Lord, for He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
