We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have power over darkness. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). What you are describing is spiritual warfare, and we take it seriously, for the Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12).
First, we must address the foundation of your faith. If you have not already, we urge you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for it is with the heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with the mouth that you profess your faith and are saved (Romans 10:9-10). There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have already placed your faith in Jesus, we encourage you to stand firm in that truth, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We rebuke every demonic spirit of witchcraft, marine spirits, and any other forces of darkness that are seeking to oppress you. In the name of Jesus, we command them to leave you now and go to the dry places where they belong (Matthew 12:43). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We break every curse, hex, or spell that has been spoken or sent against you, for Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us (Galatians 3:13).
We pray that the Lord would surround you with His hedge of protection, like He did for Job (Job 1:10). May the blood of Jesus cover you and your household, and may the Holy Spirit fill you with peace and strength. We pray that the Lord would expose any hidden works of darkness in your life or in the lives of those around you, for everything exposed by the light becomes visible—and everything that is illuminated becomes a light (Ephesians 5:13).
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes (Ephesians 6:11). Fasten the belt of truth around your waist, put on the breastplate of righteousness, and fit your feet with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. Take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests (Ephesians 6:14-18).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is under attack from the forces of darkness. Lord, we ask that You would rebuke every spirit of witchcraft, marine spirits, and any other demonic forces that are seeking to harm or oppress them. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment is condemned.
Father, we ask that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, giving them peace, strength, and discernment. Surround them with Your angels and protect them from all harm. Expose any hidden works of darkness in their life or in the lives of those around them. We break every curse, hex, or spell that has been sent against them, and we command every demonic spirit to flee in the name of Jesus.
Lord, we pray that You would strengthen their faith and help them to stand firm in Your truth. May they put on the full armor of God daily and resist the devil, knowing that he will flee from them (James 4:7). We pray for a fresh infilling of Your Spirit, that they may walk in victory and freedom.
We thank You, Father, for Your protection and Your love. We declare that our brother/sister is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Spend time in worship, for the enemy cannot stand in the presence of praise. Surround yourself with strong believers who can stand with you in prayer and support. Do not fear, for the Lord is with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Stand firm in your faith, and trust that God will bring you through this trial victoriously.
