Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for allowing us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have been lifting you up before the Lord regarding the distress you shared about your neighbors touching your belongings and the deeply unsettling experience of having your foot touched while you are sleeping. We understand how violated and unsafe this can make you feel in your own home and we have asked God to surround you with His protection and peace.
We have prayed that God would place a hedge of protection around you and your home and grant you restful sleep without fear as we are reminded in Psalm 4:8 and Psalm 91:1. We have also prayed that any wrongdoing against you would be handled according to His perfect justice and mercy, for we know that vengeance belongs to the Lord as written in Romans 12:19. While we understand your desire for those who have harmed you to be held accountable, we have also prayed as Jesus taught in Matthew 5:44 that God would work in the hearts of those around you and in your own heart to bring peace, to set healthy boundaries and to replace anger with trust in His righteous judgment.
