We come before the Lord with you in this spiritual battle, lifting up your heartfelt cries for deliverance and restoration. It is clear that the enemy is at work, seeking to bring confusion, division, and bondage—but we know that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). You have rightly invoked the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have authority over the powers of darkness. As Scripture declares, *"Whatever you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever you release on earth will have been released in heaven"* (Matthew 18:18, WEB). We stand in agreement with you, binding every monitoring spirit, every spirit of loose speech, and every demonic assignment against you and your daughter in the mighty name of Jesus.
The enemy often attacks through words—either by causing us to speak recklessly or by planting lies in our minds. The apostle James warns us that the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity, capable of defiling the whole body (James 3:6). If you find yourself speaking without control, we urge you to surrender your words to the Holy Spirit daily, asking Him to set a guard over your mouth (Psalm 141:3). Confess any ungodly words spoken, repent, and declare that your speech will now bring life and not death (Proverbs 18:21). The blood of Jesus is more than sufficient to cleanse and break every curse—including generational curses or words spoken over you or your family. *"Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us"* (Galatians 3:13, WEB). We declare that every curse, hex, or evil word spoken over you, your daughter, and your mother is broken now by the power of the cross.
Your daughter’s struggle with mind control is a serious spiritual attack, but take heart—*"The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation"* (2 Peter 2:9, WEB). We bind every spirit of confusion, manipulation, and oppression in her life and command them to leave in Jesus’ name. Pray over her consistently, anointing her with oil as a symbol of the Holy Spirit’s power (James 5:14-15). Speak Scripture over her, such as *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB) and *"It is for freedom that Christ has set us free"* (Galatians 5:1, WEB). If she is open to it, lead her in renouncing any ungodly influences, agreements, or sins that may have given the enemy a foothold.
Regarding your relationship with your mother, we know the pain of broken fellowship weighs heavily on your heart. The enemy delights in dividing families, but God desires reconciliation. *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men"* (Romans 12:18, WEB). We pray that the Lord softens both your hearts, breaks down walls of offense, and restores what has been lost. Forgive her for any hurts, just as Christ has forgiven you (Colossians 3:13), and ask the Lord to reveal any areas where you may need to seek her forgiveness as well. Pray together if possible, for *"where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them"* (Matthew 18:20, WEB).
Let us pray together now:
Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace, lifting up our sister and her family in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, we bind every monitoring spirit, every spirit of division, confusion, and loose speech operating in her life and in her daughter’s life. By the blood of Jesus, we break every curse, every evil word, and every generational stronghold that has sought to bring bondage. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we ask for deliverance for this daughter—free her mind from every demonic influence, every lie, and every ungodly control. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, renew her mind, and restore her to the person You created her to be. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we also pray for reconciliation between this mother and daughter. Heal the wounds, remove the bitterness, and restore love and unity in their relationship. Let forgiveness flow, and let Your grace abound. May their home be a place of peace, covered by the blood of Jesus.
We thank You, Father, for Your victory. We know that You have already triumphed over the enemy through the cross, and we stand firm in that truth. Strengthen our sister, Lord, and fill her with Your Holy Spirit so she may walk in wisdom, self-control, and discernment. Let her words be seasoned with grace, and let her life be a testimony of Your deliverance.
In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray—*amen and amen.*
Finally, we encourage you to stay rooted in the Word of God, putting on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18). Fast and pray regularly, for some demons are only cast out by prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:21). Surround yourself with believers who can stand in agreement with you, and do not give the enemy any ground through sin, unforgiveness, or fear. The Lord is your strength and your shield—trust in Him, and He will deliver you (Psalm 28:7). Stand firm, sister, for *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB).
