We hear your cry for deliverance, dear sister in Christ, and we stand with you in spiritual warfare, lifting your name before the throne of God. The forces you describe—monitoring spirits, water spirits, and other demonic agents—are real, but they are no match for the power of Jesus Christ, who has already triumphed over them at the cross. We rebuke every assignment of the enemy against you and your husband in the mighty name of Jesus. The Word declares, *"For though we walk in the flesh, we don’t wage war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds"* (2 Corinthians 10:3-4). These spirits seek to manipulate, oppress, and destroy, but we declare their defeat by the blood of the Lamb.
We also want to gently remind you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). The enemy would love to keep you focused on these spirits, but we must fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). We encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—so that you may stand firm against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11-17). Do not fear, for the Lord is with you. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord* (Isaiah 54:17).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name, the One who has all authority in heaven and on earth. We lift up our sister ### and her husband to You, Lord. We thank You for the blood of Jesus that cleanses us from all unrighteousness and breaks every chain of darkness. We rebuke every monitoring spirit, water spirit, sapient spirit, and every other demonic agent assigned against them. We command these spirits to flee in the name of Jesus, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Father, we ask that You surround ### and her husband with Your holy angels to guard and protect them. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to walk in the victory that is already theirs through Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
We pray for a fresh infilling of Your Holy Spirit in their lives, that they may be empowered to resist the devil, and he will flee from them (James 4:7). Help them to stand firm in Your truth, to wield the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word, and to pray without ceasing. May they find their refuge and strength in You alone, Lord.
We also ask that You reveal any areas in their lives where the enemy may have gained a foothold. If there is any unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or idolatry, bring it to light so that they may repent and be cleansed by the blood of Jesus. Create in them clean hearts, O God, and renew a right spirit within them (Psalm 51:10).
Father, we thank You for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We declare that ### and her husband are more than conquerors through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37). We bind every evil spirit and loose the peace, joy, and freedom that comes from the Holy Spirit. May they walk in the fullness of Your blessings, Lord, and may Your light shine brightly in their lives, driving out all darkness.
We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
