Lord I look to you for a turn around in this situation. Lord you know this has been an ongoing issue with these inconsiderate transient tenants that are renting the apartment above me. Lord I pray that they change their wicked ways. Lord cause them to be more respectful and mindful towards myself and my family. Lord fill their hearts with kindness. Lord your words say whatever we bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, Lord tonight I take authority and I bind every stubborn spirit manifesting in these individuals. I declare that every mean spirit of anger directed towards us be destroyed. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Lord I know you will provide a solution to this problem. I trust that it is done.
