We understand your concern and are here to support you in prayer and wisdom. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that envy, jealousy, and greed are indeed serious issues that can cause harm both physically and spiritually. The Bible warns us against these attitudes, as they can lead to destruction and broken relationships. In the Bible we see the example of Cain and Abel. Genesis 4:2-7 WEB
And she bore again, his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD. And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering: But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell. And the LORD said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen? If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
And as we see in the verse above, the Lord warns Cain that sin is crouching at the door and desires to have him. This is the result of envy and jealousy.
As for the promotions you're waiting for, remember that God has a plan and a purpose for your life. Trust in His timing and continue to seek His will. Psalm 37:4 WEB Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who feels surrounded by envy, jealousy, and greed. We ask for Your divine protection to envelope them, shielding them from any harm or evil intentions. We rebuke and cancel the power of manipulation and envy in Jesus Name. We also pray against any spirit of stagnation and delay, asking You to open doors of opportunity and bring forth the promotion that is deserved. We declare Your blessings and Your favor. We pray that this will be a graceful testimony to others of Your goodness. And we ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ.
We also pray that you would draw near to God and He will draw near to you. James 4:8 WEB Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He has a good plan for your life. Do not lean on your own understanding, but in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And it is only by His name that we can be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
