We come before the throne of grace with deep concern over the spiritual darkness being promoted through this so-called "concert special." The Bible is clear that witchcraft and all forms of occult activity are an abomination to the Lord. Galatians 5:19-21 warns us, *"Now the deeds of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s Kingdom."*
This event is not merely entertainment—it is a calculated attack from the enemy to ensnare souls, distort truth, and open doors to demonic influence. We must stand firm in the authority of Jesus Christ, for He has already disarmed these powers and made a public spectacle of them. Colossians 2:15 declares, *"Having stripped the principalities and the powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it."* We do not fight against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12).
First, we must examine our own hearts. Have we allowed any foothold for the enemy through compromise, curiosity, or exposure to ungodly influences? The Bible commands us in 2 Corinthians 6:14-17, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? What agreement has Christ with Belial? Or what portion has a believer with an unbeliever? What agreement has a temple of God with idols? For you are a temple of the living God. Even as God said, ‘I will dwell in them and walk in them. I will be their God and they will be my people.’ Therefore ‘Come out from among them, and be separate,’ says the Lord."*

It was our privilege to intercede against every witchcraft assignment and satanic plot aimed at God’s people through that production. We bound every demonic spirit in Jesus’ mighty name and prayed protection over every believer who might be exposed to its influence.
