Conjugal Harmony
A harmonious marriage thrives on mutual forbearance and love, asking each spouse to yield and cherish the other daily.
Harbor of Home
True character is revealed at home, so let your faith shine brightest where you are most known.
Husbands and Wives
Marriage thrives on mutual respect and compromise, asking each partner to value the other above themselves.
We join with you in lifting up your marriage before the Lord and we thank God for your desire for peace in your home, for this is His will for you both. God has ordained marriage as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman and He delights when a husband and wife seek to dwell together in unity and love. We are encouraged that you have asked in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and find true peace.

The Scriptures call us to pursue peace with one another with humility and patience. With all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love, being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace Eph 4:2-3. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body, and be thankful Col 3:15. We are also reminded to be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger James 1:19, and that a gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger Prov 15:1. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men Rom 12:18.

We pray together for you both now.

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this husband and his beloved wife to You. We ask that You pour out Your peace upon their home and their time together this week. Let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and their thoughts in Christ Jesus Phil 4:7. Give them both soft hearts, listening ears, and gentle words. Help them to bear with one another in love, to forgive quickly, to speak truth in love, and to show patience and kindness even in small moments. Remove any spirit of strife or irritation and replace it with Your love, joy and self control. Draw them closer to each other as they draw closer to You, and let their marriage bring glory to You. We ask that this week be filled with rest, understanding, laughter and unity, with no fighting but with grace for one another. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you both to pray together each day this week, even briefly, and to keep Christ at the center of your home. Take time to listen well to one another, to encourage one another, and to remember your vows before God. When disagreements arise, pause and pray and answer gently. As you honor the Lord in your marriage, He will strengthen your bond and give you the peace you are seeking.

We're glad you reached out and asked us to pray for you and your wife. Wanting a peaceful week together is a good and loving desire, and we are joining you in asking God for that.

We know how quickly a small misunderstanding can turn into a fight, especially when you are tired or stressed. Often peace grows not from trying hard not to disagree, but from learning how to handle those moments in a kinder way. How we say things, our tone and our body language, often speaks louder than the words themselves.

One simple step that helps many couples is to agree ahead of time on how you will pause when tension starts to rise. You might decide together that either of you can say, let's take a few minutes and come back to this calmly, without the other taking offense. It also helps to set aside a few unhurried minutes each day this week just to talk and to pray briefly together, even a sentence or two, inviting God into your day.

We are praying for you both this week.

Father, we lift this couple to You and ask for Your peace in their home. Give them patience, gentle words, and listening hearts. Help them to show grace to each other and to turn to You quickly when they feel irritated or hurt. Draw them closer to each other and to You. In Jesus' name, amen.

We join you in prayer before the throne of grace for you and your wife, that the Lord would grant you a peaceful week together in the name of Jesus Christ.

The Scripture says, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. That perfect peace is not found in the absence of trial, but in the presence of Christ. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and to do the will of Jesus, this is rest. We pray that your minds may be stayed upon Him this week, and that you may know that peace which passes all understanding, guarding your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Christ has said, Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you. This is the peace which He purchased with His own blood, and which the Holy Spirit works in the soul. It is peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, and from that fountain flows peace of conscience and peace with one another. We pray that this peace may reign in your home, binding you together in the closest ties of unity and concord.

Marriage is a holy covenant, cemented by mutual love, wherein husband and wife become one. We pray that the Lord, who is the God of peace, would help you to endeavor to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace, bearing with one another in love, forgiving as Christ has forgiven you, and seeking the good of one another above your own.

We pray that the Lord will bless His people with peace, a peace that is a true blessing and brings no sorrow with it. May He keep you from all strife and hasty words, and give you grace to speak with gentleness and patience, to bear one another's burdens, and to seek Christ first in all things. May your home be filled with that filling peace which comes by believing, a well founded peace through reconciliation to God.

We commend you both to Jesus, the Peacemaker, praying that He would rule in your hearts and in your dwelling this week, that there may be no fighting, but rather quietness, kindness, and love. May you go in peace through each day, and may your peace be like a river flowing from the very throne of God, to the glory of His name.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We join you in prayer for you and your wife in the name of Jesus Christ, asking God to grant you a peaceful week together without fighting.

Scripture calls us to follow peace with all men and holiness, without which no one shall see the Lord, and Jesus says, My peace I give unto you. God is not a God of war and fighting, and He delights when His people live as peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.

We pray that the peace of God will rule in your hearts and in your home this week. May He help you both to be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger, to remember no evil, to forgive as you have been forgiven, and to speak to one another with grace and love. Where two thoughts contend, whether to retaliate or to endure in love, may the peace of Christ act as umpire in your hearts and give victory to patience and kindness.

Let us pray. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask for Your grace and peace upon this husband and wife. You have made marriage to be a lifelong covenant and You have made peace through the blood of Your Son. Pour out that peace upon this home. Guard their words and their hearts, remove contention and give them unity, tenderness and understanding. Help them to imitate Your Son and to walk in love toward one another. Keep their week quiet and free from strife, and make their home a place where Your presence dwells. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
