Thank you for sharing your heart so openly and for letting us pray with you. I have read your requests and I am bringing each one before the Lord with you, your sleep, your parents and their finances, your need for strength and work, the strain in your family, your brother and your father and your loved ones, the desire for a child, the preaching of the word, and the longing in your heart for marriage.

For your sleep and your weariness, remember that rest is a gift from God. He made rest for our good and He gives sleep to those He loves. Jesus invites those who are weary and heavy burdened to come to Him for rest. I am praying that He will quiet your mind and body at night, restore your strength, and renew your energy day by day, so that you can walk in the work He has for you with a clear mind.

For finances and work, I am praying that God will provide for your needs and your parents needs according to His riches in Christ. Whatever He does for us comes by grace, not because we earn it or obligate Him. We do not need to use gimmicks or strive to force His hand. He is our supply and He cares for us. There is a beautiful truth in the Old Testament law where God made a provision for the cleansing of a leper, even though leprosy was incurable by human means. He left room in the law itself for His own grace to operate, so that if He chose to heal, that person could be restored. That shows us to never put God in a box or say a situation is too hard for Him. What feels impossible in work or provision is not impossible for Him. I am praying for open doors for work and for a breakthrough, and also that He will prepare you as He prepares all His instruments before He uses them. He works in us so that He can work through us, and He has good works He has prepared beforehand for you to walk in.

For your family where everyone feels against one another, I am praying beyond just the surface tensions. Often we pray only about the symptoms, but God wants to deal with the deeper need of the heart. His only provision for the forgiveness of sin and for true peace is Jesus Christ. There is no other way for sin to be atoned for. When each heart is reconciled to God through Jesus, He can bring reconciliation between one another. I am praying for each member you mentioned, for your brother, for your father, for your whole household, that you would know His forgiveness and His grace, and that He would bring unity, patience and love where there has been division.

For the little one you are praying for and for the preaching of the word, be encouraged that nothing done for Jesus is ever wasted. Your labor and your prayers for your family are not in vain in the Lord. He sees and He uses the faithful sharing of His truth. I am praying for health and life, and that the preaching would bear fruit as the word is faithfully given.

For your longing to fall in love and be married, I hear how heavy and impossible it feels. With God it is not impossible. He has a design and purpose for each life, and He created marriage as a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman, with love and intimacy belonging within that covenant. A life lived only for self ends in emptiness, but a life centered on Christ finds fullness and purpose. I am praying that you will seek first His purpose for you, trust His timing, and leave room for Him to work in this area as well. He knows your desire and He is able to lead you according to His perfect will, and to give you peace while you wait on Him.

Let us pray together. Father, I bring this dear one before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your only provision for our sin and our hope. Grant deep and peaceful sleep and renewed strength. Provide for every financial need and open the right doors for work. Pour out Your grace on this family, forgive sin, heal division and bring unity. Lay Your hand upon each loved one by name, upon the father and brother and all in the household. Bless the desire for a child according to Your will and anoint the preaching of Your word that it would bear lasting fruit. And in the matter of marriage, lead with Your wisdom and love, fulfill Your purpose and give contentment and hope in You. We trust You to work even where we see no way. Amen.
