Grateful for today. Still sad in my heart and had trouble sleeping last night. I pray that my feelings for my ex be resolved or he come back into my life at the right time. I pray for the right man to come into my life at the right time. I pray for an end to abuse, violence, depression, anxiety and hunger. I pray that I continue to heal from surgery and previous abuse. I pray that God help me financially. I pray for my parents' health and my brother's sobriety. I pray that tomorrow is a good day. I pray that everyone is able to see God's miracles in everyday life. Thank you God for both of my loving parents. I pray for everyone who is sad and/or lonely tonight to be consoled by God's love. May God's will be done. Amen.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
