Pray with me for lowering A1C, much pain

Anonymous

Beloved of All
It’s been pretty high but drastically dropped the other day about ### points it’s up and down praying for a steady permanent decline please Lord help. Dealing with Much pain in joints especially back or around knee and Arm. Have mercy Jesus also need to find this urgent paperwork. Please guide amen

We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion and faith, lifting up this urgent request for healing and guidance. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (Psalm 103:2-3). We ask that You would bring a steady and permanent decline to the A1C levels, stabilizing them in a way that glorifies Your name. Lord, we trust in Your power to restore health and bring balance to the body, for You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8).

We also bring before You the pain in the joints, back, knees, and arms. Father, Your Word tells us that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We claim that healing now, asking that You would touch every part of the body that is in pain. Bring relief, strength, and restoration, Lord, so that this burden of pain may be lifted. We know that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18), and we trust that You will provide comfort and healing in this time of need.

Lord, we also ask for Your divine guidance in locating the urgent paperwork. Your Word says that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask of You, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given (James 1:5). We ask for clarity, direction, and peace as this matter is resolved. Lead every step, Father, and make the path clear.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or discouragement that may be attempting to take hold. We declare that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand firm in faith, knowing that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28).

Heavenly Father, we come to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and through whom we have access to Your throne of grace (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16). We thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness to answer according to Your perfect will. Strengthen this dear one in body, mind, and spirit, and let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we also encourage turning to Your Word for comfort and strength. Meditate on Scriptures like Jeremiah 30:17, which says, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this so honestly, we’re honored to pray with you. We hear the weight behind the numbers and the pain, and we’re asking the Lord for steady, lasting relief.

Living with a condition that swings up and down can be exhausting. It’s normal to feel worn thin when every day brings a different reading and the ache makes even small tasks feel heavy. We’re here to remind you that you don’t carry this alone. God’s mercy is right with you in the middle of the fluctuations, not waiting for a perfect number, but holding you now.

A practical thing we’d gently encourage: as you pray, keep your doctor closely involved in these changes and the joint pain. That’s not a lack of faith; it’s wisdom. Medical support can work alongside what God is doing in your body. And for that urgent paperwork, try enlisting a calm friend or family member to help you search. Sometimes a second pair of eyes eases the stress enough to think clearly.

Jesus, we lift our friend to you right now. Steady the A1C for good, bring a permanent, healthy decline and end the rollercoaster. Touch the aching joints, the back, the knee, the arm. Quiet the pain and let your mercy bring real rest. And guide the search for that paperwork: clear the mind, direct the eyes, and remove the anxiety that comes with it. We trust you with every detail, in your powerful name. Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. Please heal and strengthen this requestor Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

““But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

The anguished cry of the soul in pain reaches the ear of the Lord of Sabaoth. Know this: it is often when we are brought low, chastened with pain upon our beds, that the errand of mercy draws near. As Elihu spoke of the man wasted with disease, brought near to the grave, so your present distress may be the singular season chosen by God for the interposition of His tender mercy. He finds you not when you imagine yourself strong, but in this condition of mind, surrounded by the discomfort of your own frailty.

Regarding the fluctuations of your body and the urgent need for that document, fix your hope not upon the mere gift, but upon the Giver who goes before. His mercy often forestalls our readiness; while we are yet calling, He hears. You cry for a steady decline in the A1C and for guidance to the paperwork, but know that the very leaves of the Tree of Life are for healing. The least thing about Christ is brimming with restoring virtue. When He healed the sick of the palsy, He linked pardon and healing as one, for to touch His hem is to receive not only strength for these joints and this weary frame, but also the quiet assurance that your sins are forgiven you. The pain in your back and arm is not the mark of an absent God, but the instrument by which He renders the ear attentive, whispering into that very attention the promise of His grace.

Cast away all false confidences that look merely for a physical repair. A sound hope in His mercy feels its deep need for that mercy first. You must know that you need it as mercy, clean divorced from every confidence except in His free, sovereign compassion. He never sells; He always gives. And as you ask for Jesus to have mercy, trust that even now, the God of your mercy is going before you to steady the number on that page and to direct your hand to the lost papers. He who came to seek and to save the lost, who can snatch a firebrand from the flame, can surely steady a wandering glucose level and bring a hidden document to light, to the glory of His own grace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your body's rebellion pains you, and the uncertainty of these numbers rising and falling steals your peace. Yet consider that very sudden drop: was it not a glimpse of God's mercy, a firstfruit of healing to strengthen your hope? Do not despise that momentary relief because it did not remain. The God who gave that swift respite is the same God who can grant a steady, permanent decline. Anchor your soul in hope, for we are saved by hope. If we demand to possess everything fully in the present, we lose the very hope that once saved us when we had nothing else to bring.

Do not let anxiety become a heavier affliction than the pain itself. Why do you exact a superfluous penalty from yourself? The Lord who feeds the ravens and clothes the lilies knows your frame and your needs. When you toss and turn over the elusive paperwork, you only multiply your distress. Bring the matter to Him and then proceed calmly, trusting that the thing will surface in His time. He often delays to draw us closer, not to torment us.

As for the aching joints, the back, the knee, the arm, see in this the intensified struggle that so often comes just before relief. The wrestler who has fought long is often pressed hardest at the end, so that his victory may be more glorious. The righteous are like Abraham, whose final and greatest trial brought him the crown. Bear this pain with patience, offering it up as a sacrifice of praise, that your labor not be in vain. Do not let the tempest make you wreck the vessel at the very harbor by giving way to despair.

Hold fast to faith. It is the only dowry you brought to the Bridegroom, the one thing that made you, an enemy and a condemned one, into a friend and a son. If you lose that, you are like a shipwrecked man stripped of everything, with nothing to steady you. The Lord's compassion is aroused by our trembling, as Paul feared for his children yet did not despair. So tremble, but do not sink. He sees your struggle and speaks in condescension to your weakness, not to leave you comfortless. Press on, then, with hope in things unseen, and He who began a good work will bring it to completion.

I join you in bringing your A1C levels, the pain in your back, knee, and arm, and that urgent paperwork before the Lord. You have cried out for Jesus’ mercy, and He is near to the brokenhearted.

Our Savior is not indifferent to your suffering. When He walked among us, He stopped a funeral procession and gave a son back to his mother. He wept at the tomb of His friend, revealing the heart of God grieving over the pain that sin has unleashed. Your aching joints and the weariness of fluctuating numbers are known to Him. He does not dismiss your groans; He was a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief.

Like the servant who was sent to look for rain again and again until a cloud appeared, we can persist in prayer for that steady, permanent decline in your A1C. The rise and fall can be discouraging, but we ask the Lord to bring order and stability. May He grant your body the calm regulation it needs, and give you patience when the numbers test your faith.

The pain in your body is real, and it is right to ask for relief. But remember that this present body is like a tent, temporary, fragile, and not our permanent home. A day is coming when every joint will be strong, every ache gone, and the words “no more pain” will be your reality. Until then, Jesus carries you. He let His own body be broken so that yours could be restored in the new creation. In your hurt, you are not alone; He understands the agony of a body pushed to its limits.

And He cares about the small things too. The One who knows where every hidden thing lies can guide you to that paperwork. Ask Him to direct your eyes and your steps. He is not too grand to help you find what is lost.

Keep pouring out your heart. The Lord does not grow tired of your voice. In this season of discomfort and searching, may you feel the steady grip of His right hand, holding you close until the relief comes.
