You can use the following prayer if it comes from your heart:
Lord Jesus, I am a sinner. I know that I cannot save myself. I now believe that Christ died in my place on the cross in order to forgive me of my sins. I know that Christ rose from the dead and lives today. I confess my sins to you, and I repent and put my faith in you to save me. I want You to save me for all eternity. Thank you for giving me eternal life. Amen.
