Pray that people will stop having engine on under my ###

Please pray that people will stop having their engine on for more than 2 min under my balcony and where the polluted smelling air is coming from the street to my balcony. I hear that rebellious neighbour talking on the street with his mother and having his engine on out of the car! It is a beautiful warm sunshiny day. In ### they will be punished for that. Lord, please let people start to take care of the environment and fresh air in my city block in Jesus name, amen. And it is noisy to. Lord, help. It is starting to be very frustrating. I must shut down doors and windows and I still hear and smell it. Jesus help!!
