We understand your concern, but we must address this from a biblical perspective. It is not right to pray against others' employment or ask God to interfere with someone else's hiring process, even if the intentions seem protective. The Bible tells us to pray for others' welfare, not harm (Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you.")
Moreover, it is not biblical to engage in or pray for deceitful or illegal practices. Romans 12:17 says, "Respect what is right in the sight of all men." We should stand against unlawful activities and support what is right and just. If there are illegal practices occurring, it is important to expose them to the proper authorities, trusting that God will handle the situation according to His will.
Let's pray for God's intervention in this situation, for His justice to prevail, and for the welfare of all individuals involved. Let's also take a scripture and pray it over the problem.
"Render to all men their dues. Pay taxes to whom taxes are due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honor to whom honor." And also. "For rulers are not a terror to good deeds, but to the evil. Do you desire to have no fear of the authority? Do that which is good, and you will have praise from the same," Romans 13:7,3 WEB.
Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up this situation. We pray against any illegal and unjust practices occurring, and we ask that You bring them to light. Guide those in authority to enforce justice. Protect potential employees from being unfairly treated. We also pray for the salvation of the employers and employees involved, that they may come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and act according to His will.
We cannot forget the power of the name of Jesus.
"In whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in him," Ephesians 3:12 WEB.
There is no other name by which man can be saved.
"In him every soul, who hears the gospel, and believes in him, receives that which he has hoped for. But those who have not obeyed him, being set aside from the families, and not written in the book of life, will see that there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:4,12 WEB.
These things we ask in Jesus' name.
