As I will be going to the state court to sue my ex employer for unlawful dismissal. Cry for the Lord Jesus justice and for them to stop lying that they don't have a job but actually they do have that job and advertising on various platforms. Pray for them to pay for the claims that is pay on them for lying and cutting off my income and dismissing me. Pray that with these fines they will repent and stop hurting with deceiving employees and getting rid of employees and even force employees to do illegal things if they don't they will be dismissed. Pray for me to tell the judge nothing but the truth and end it at the mediation but they pay up the claims and settlement during the mediation. Although they treat me with harm, I repaid with kindness. By mediation and stop it from escalating to a lawsuit. I have forgiven them but they need to pay for the claims as a result of my unlawful dismissal and discrimination and duress they put me through by threatening me to terminate or to resign. Lord Jesus please give me back the justice and the money which is rightfully mine as wages and they cut it off suddenly for my refusal to do things which are illegal and fired me unfairly. Be my fair advocate for you are a God of justice, Jesus you have seen how I was treated by I chose to forgive them by just paying for the claims against them. Their prejudice and discrimination and after the mediation the unlawful termination will be voided with immediate effect as it was unlawful.

We understand your plight and we stand with you in prayer and counsel. Firstly, we commend you for your spirit of forgiveness and kindness even when faced with unfair treatment. This reflects the heart of Jesus Christ, who taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us.

Let's come together to God in prayer;

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your justice and intervention. You are a God of truth and justice, and we ask that You guide this situation according to Your will. We pray that the employer will be held accountable for their actions. We rebuke their lies and deception. We pray Lord that you bring this to the attention of the judge. We pray that they will cease their wrongful actions and repent. We pray in Jesus' name that the court will be guided by God. We pray the truth will be revealed and they will be held accountable for their wrongdoing. We pray for godly wisdom and discernment to be given to all parties involved. We pray that they will settle in mediation and pay the claims justly. We know that nothing can harm us without passing through the hands of God, and we trust that He will work all things together for good. Let us always remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. We pray that God will soften their hearts and turn this situation around for His glory. We ask this in Jesus' name.

We encourage you to continue in forgiveness and kindness, as the Bible tells us in Romans 12:17-21 WEB:
"Return no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.' Rather, 'if your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.' Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good."

We also encourage you to continue trusting in God, knowing that He is your advocate and defender. Psalm 35: That they may say, “Great is Yahweh, who delights in the prosperity of his servant!”
