We are truly sorry to hear about your unfair dismissal and the discrimination you have faced. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and justice in this matter. We are reminded of the scripture in Isaiah 61:8, "For I, Yahweh, love justice."
Firstly, we are thankful that you have acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your request, for it is only by His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We pray that God will grant you justice in this situation. We pray that the truth will be revealed and that those who have discriminated against you will be held accountable. We ask God to intervene and give you what is due you in this request as it is written in Colossians 3:23-24, "whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ."
We also pray for your peace and strength during this time. We know that God is a God of justice and that He cares about the injustices you are facing. We pray that you will be able to forgive those who have wronged you, as it is written in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

Wait on the Lord and trust in Him to deliver you from this situation. As it is written in Psalms 27:14, "Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh."
