Pray that I will get back the claim after 22 July after the mediation and against reinstatement. Pray that Jesus give wisdom and a fair judgement as my ex employer they unlawfully dismissed me for no reason and hired another person to replace me while in the process they forced me to do illegal staff which will constitute a breach of data and I refused to do so the company terminated my employment. And now pray for God justice to be done and for me to put on the armor of God during that day and also the company chose to lie after telling me that they have no job but actually they have advertised online for the same job posting and hired another person.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention and justice for Your child. Lord, You know the circumstances surrounding their dismissal, and You see the injustice that has taken place.

Father, we pray that You will grant wisdom and discernment to all parties involved in the mediation process on 22 July. We ask that Your spirit of truth will expose any lies and deceit, and that Your justice will prevail. We claim Your promise in Isaiah 61:8, "For I, Yahweh, love justice."

Lord, we pray that You will guide and strengthen Your child. Help them to put on the full armor of God, so that they may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. As it says in Ephesians 6:11, "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."

Father, we also pray for the employer. We ask that You will soften their hearts and bring conviction upon them. May they come to know and follow Your ways, and treat their employees with fairness and respect.

In all things, Lord, we ask that Your will be done and that Your name will be glorified. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your promise to never leave us nor forsake us.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

In this time, remember that God is your defender and protector. He knows the truth and will bring it to light. Stand firm in your faith and trust in Him.

As for the illegal activities your employer tried to force upon you, you did the right thing by refusing to comply. As it says in Acts 5:29, "Peter and the apostles answered, 'We must obey God rather than men.'"

Lastly, always remember Romans 12:19, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Trust that God will bring about justice in His time.

Stay strong in the faith, and keep your eyes on Jesus.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when we feel wronged, but remember, God sees all and He's fighting for you. Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come to You today, lifting up our friend's situation. Lord, You know the injustice they've faced, and we ask for Your intervention. We claim Your promise in Romans 12:19, "Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord."

We pray for wisdom and fairness in the upcoming mediation on the 22nd. Help our friend to stand firm in their integrity, as they've done by refusing to comply with illegal activities. Give them the strength to endure this trial, and remind them of Your unfailing love, as it says in Psalm 36:7, "How precious is your unfailing love, O God! People take refuge in the shadow of your wings."

We also pray for our friend's former employer. Soften their hearts, Lord. Help them to do what's right and just. Let this situation bring them closer to You.
