We understand that you are going through a difficult time right now, and we want to assure you that God cares about your situation and so do we. First, let us address the fear and anxiety that you are experiencing. The Bible tells us in Second Timothy 1:7 WEB For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.
In this situation, it is important to trust in God's protection and not give in to fear. As Psalm 91:5-6 WEB says, You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day; nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday. We pray that God will grant you this peace and protection. We are also concerned about the struggles you are having with your thoughts and emotions due to your OCD. We know that God is faithful, In First Corinthians 10:13 it says, No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
We pray that God will provide a way to give you the strength to overcome these intrusive thoughts and emotions and give you the ability to use the skills you have learned. Also let us pray together for your health and healing. In Matthew 8:17 it says, And he took on himself our infirmities, and bore our diseases.
O Lord our God, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You today lifting up the one who has submitted this request. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over their body, that no harm would come to them from this potential exposure. We pray that You will grant them Your peace that passes all understanding.
Please help them, Father, to overcome the fear and anxiety that they are experiencing, and give them the strength and self-control to manage their thoughts and emotions. In Jesus' mighty name, we rebuke any spiritual attack that may be contributing to their struggle, for it is written that no weapon that is formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against you in judgment you shall condemn.
We ask for Your healing touch upon their body and mind, and we trust in Your promise that by Your stripes we are healed. We also pray that they will trust in You and not the things of this world for all their needs, including their health. We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

For it is written in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
