Pray That I Recover Lost Files On My Pc

A bad technician put a mess on my pc, many of my files family photos are damaged so many I can't find like he did it in purpose and erase them. The videos I also can't find, I will be seeing a person who have knowledge of computers this afternoon pray that she is able to help me and recover all my missing files photos and videos.
