Pray that I need to select in college

The interview you attended is a significant moment, and now you find yourself in that familiar space of waiting, not knowing which path will open. This is not a small thing. Your mind is running through the possibilities, weighing the unknowns, trying to peer around a corner you cannot yet see. And it is good that you are bringing this to the Lord, because He does see what you cannot. You are moving toward a decision, and that very motion can feel unsettled. But take heart: you have already made the most important decision, to praise Him in the middle of it. That orients your heart away from panic and toward trust.

Life is built of moments where we stand with limited facts, forced to choose. We look back sometimes at poor decisions and ache over what we did not know then. God never faces that limitation. He has all the facts, and He knows exactly how this will turn out. You can rest in that. Your part is to pray, as you are doing, and to seek His wisdom. He does not ask you to have all the answers or to reconcile every variable. Sometimes He simply quiets us with the reminder that He is the one who navigates the way, more accurately than a small bird crossing an ocean. You can trust His guidance more than your own anxious analysis.

As you pray about the college and this specialty, ask Him not only to open the right door but also to give you clarity and peace when it opens. And know this: when you make a decision rooted in seeking Him, He has a way of strengthening it. He firms up what is aligned with His will. A weak, trembling resolve can be made solid in His hands. The struggle you feel now can be transformed into a settled confidence, not because you suddenly gained all knowledge, but because you are held by the One who knows the outcome.

Do not let fear of a wrong choice paralyze you. Do not defer acting once the path becomes plain. There is a tragic pattern in putting off decisions, waiting for a more convenient day that never arrives. Each delay makes the next harder. But the Lord is calling you to step forward in faith. Your future is in His hands, not in the shifting sands of circumstance. The ultimate decision that frames all others is your commitment to follow Jesus. That decision, made and remade daily, secures you. Everything else flows from there. Your career, your training, your placement: these are details He is perfectly capable of handling. Pray for wisdom, then trust Him with the outcome. He will not abandon you in this valley.
