I am the sole provider for a large family of 8 3/4. (my wife, myself, and our 6 children plus our new son due to be born any day). Over the past few years I have faced financial troubles associated with periods of unemployment or "under" employment (accepting jobs where I am being paid substantially less than I have been paid in previous positions). I have a special needs son (he has achondroplasia—a form of dwarfism) who has required expensive medical care. Due to our financial problems, we recently had our home taken from us and sold at a foreclosure sale. We have been told to vacate or face eviction. For the past several months I have been working as an independent computer consultant for a company in California but have had problems getting the company to pay me for services rendered (they currently owe me about $30,000). Without these funds, I have not been able to secure a rental home for my family as I have no funds to put down a deposit. I fear if I do not receive the money I honestly earned, my family and I will be put out on the street—homeless. Please pray that the company pays me the money I am owed so that I can secure a new home for my family.
